Perform and monitor daily accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial transaction recordings, and assist in preparing reports and adjustments in accordance with approved procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting entries and transactions and review supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and payments.
• Performing bank reconciliations and verifying account balances.
• Preparing periodic financial reports and assisting with the monthly closing.
• Tracking expenses and revenues and ensuring they are correctly classified.
• Maintaining and organizing accounting records and files.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes and providing the required documentation.
• Monitor relevant accounting and tax requirements in coordination with the relevant team.

Qualifications

• Certification from the Accounting Board.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience or practical training in accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
