تعلن شركة emagine عن توفر وظيفة خبير مالي متخصص في قطاع الطاقة والمرافق (المراحل النهائية) في الظهران، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الهدف الأساسي من هذا الدور هو ضمان تمثيل الأنشطة المالية في قطاع الطاقة والمرافق، وتحديداً في العمليات النهائية، بدقة في نماذج البيانات المالية والتقارير القطاعية. يسهم هذا الدور بشكل حاسم في تعزيز الرؤية المالية وقدرات اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقطاب البيانات المالية المتعلقة بقطاع الطاقة، بما في ذلك هياكل التعرفة وممارسات إعداد التقارير.
- تحديد طريقة تسجيل وتخصيص وتحويل التكاليف والإيرادات المرتبطة باستهلاك الطاقة والبخار والمرافق.
- تقديم المشورة حول الآثار المحاسبية لاتفاقيات شراء الطاقة ومتطلبات الإبلاغ عنها.
- التحقق من دليل الحسابات العام وأبعاد الأصول والمخرجات المتعلقة بالتقسيم في تقارير الطاقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في منصب مالي كبير داخل شركة توليد طاقة أو توليد مشترك أو مرافق.
- إلمام بهياكل التعرفة واتفاقيات شراء الطاقة ونماذج توزيع تكاليف المرافق.
- فهم منهجيات إعداد التقارير القائمة على أداء الأصول.
- مستوى الأقدمية: ما يعادل مدير أول.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في المجال المالي و6 سنوات في قطاع الطاقة/المرافق.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل خبرة مع أصول الطاقة المدمجة في عمليات التكرير أو البتروكيماويات.
- الإلمام بقطاع الطاقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that financial activities within the power and utilities sector, specifically in downstream operations, are accurately represented in financial data models and segment reporting. This role is critical for enhancing the financial visibility and decision-making capabilities within the organization.

Seniority Level: Senior Manager Equivalent. Required Experience: 12+ years in finance and 6+ years in power/utilities. Phase Workstreams: Finance Data Model, Reporting & Segmentation Design.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that financial activities within the power and utilities sector, specifically in downstream operations, are accurately represented in financial data models and segment reporting. This role is critical for enhancing the financial visibility and decision-making capabilities within the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
This role involves core financial oversight and reporting within the power sector.
- Capture finance-related data for the power sector, including tariff structures and reporting practices.
- Define the recording, allocation, and transfer of costs and revenues related to power, steam, and utility consumption.
- Advise on the accounting implications of power purchase agreements and their reporting requirements.
- Validate the General Chart of Accounts (GCOA), asset dimensions, and outputs related to segmentation in power reporting.
- Experience in a senior finance role within a power generation, cogeneration, or utilities business.
- Proficient with tariff structures, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and utilities cost-allocation models.
- Understanding of asset-based performance reporting methodologies.
- Experience with power assets that are integrated into refining or petrochemical operations.
- Familiarity with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) power sector.
