شركة Advanced Metals Company (AMCO) تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش مراقبة جودة (QC Inspector 3) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع مشرفي الورش وإجراء فحوصات / مراقبة الجودة اللازمة لأوامر عمل الورش وإعداد تقارير التفتيش المرحلية.
- الإشراف على اختبارات الضغط التي يجريها مشرفو الإنتاج لأعمال الورش.
- المسؤولية عن التفتيش النهائي والإفراج عن أوامر عمل الورش بعد التأكد من اكتمال جميع أنشطة مراقبة الجودة وفقاً لقائمة الفحص النهائي والتوثيق.
- إجراء المعايرة الداخلية لأدوات القياس الخطية ومعايرة مقاييس الضغط الداخلية.
- المسؤولية عن الحفاظ على حالة المعايرة الحالية ووضع علامات التحكم في حالة المعايرة على الأدوات.
- إبلاغ مدير مراقبة الجودة بحالة معايرة أدوات القياس أو الاختبار التي تحتاج إلى معايرة خارجية والحفاظ على التحديث وفقاً للفترات المخطط لها.
- رفع تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) للعناصر المخالفة في كل مرحلة من مراحل التفتيش ومتابعة إغلاقها مع مدير مراقبة الجودة.
- تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الجودة المحددة لقسم ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير مراقبة الجودة لأوامر العمل المنجزة.
- الحفاظ على حالة المعايرة الحالية لأدوات القياس / الاختبار الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل في الهندسة الميكانيكية (بكالوريوس أو دبلوم).
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات.

Role Purpose

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Coordinate with workshop Foremen and carry out necessary inspection /QC checks of workshop job orders and prepare necessary stage inspection reports.
- Witness pressure tests carried out by the production supervisors for the workshop jobs.
- Be responsible for the final inspection and release of workshop job orders after ensuring all QC activities are completed as per the Documentation & Final Inspection check sheet.
- Perform in-house calibration of linear measuring instruments and calibration of in-house pressure gauges.
- Be responsible to keep the calibration status current and maintain the physical calibration status control tags on the instruments.
- Notify QC Manager the calibration status of measuring or testing instruments to be calibrated externally and keep current as per planned frequencies.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for the discrepant items at each stage of inspection and follow up with QC Manager for their close out.
- Perform all necessary activities to achieve Quality objectives set for the QA/QC Dept.
- Preparation of QC reports for completed job orders.
- Current Calibration status maintained for in-house measuring/testing instruments.
Mechanical Engineer/Diploma.
