Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations nursing services medical equipment maintenance task allocation and resolution of operational issues.
• Develop operational plans and workforce plans for physicians specialists nursing staff and administrative personnel and submit them to management.
• Prepare annual budget estimates for clinics nursing and maintenance and monitor performance against approved targets.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) prepare periodic reports and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Monitor nursing service quality and ensure staff compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with infection control sterilization health, and safety standards across clinics.
• Follow up on medical error complaints and related investigations and oversee patient services and insurance operations.
• Plan medical equipment procurement and replacement supervise preventive maintenance and approve maintenance requests.
• Protect the company’s contractual rights with manufacturers including warranties and spare parts.
• Follow up on licenses and permits with relevant government authorities.
• Develop orientation and training programs for new employees, evaluate team performance and identify training
