Basic Function:

Performs basic production planning functions for line and hangar maintenance, including scheduled maintenance, incorporation of modifications, SAP entry for routine and non-routine work cards, and prepare statistical information and other important maintenance planning data for the development of work scopes and maintenance forecast. Familiar with Fleet Planner function.

Scope:

Responsible under the direction of Senior Planner for a variety of production planning functions for Saudi Aramco fleet. These functions includes: Supporting other planners, processing routine and non-routine maintenance forms, SAP entry for routine and non-routine work cards, ensure daily status report reviewed and reflect actual Aircraft availability, and return the dismantle Part to material Personal, with historical card if any, for external repair.

Function Description:

• Assists Planner II in updating maintenance programs as revisions are Received. Assists in maintaining a standard maintenance record filing system and ensures that information is readily available to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure refreshment order has been created result of equipment dismantle. Ensure Daily status report reviewed. Return the dismantle part to material personal, with historical card if any, for external repair.
• Provide production planning support to maintenance by creating defect notification and unplanned orders in SAP system by duplicating all information in non-routine write up provided by Technician.
• Verify data of involved part in the system (Equipment. Define correct equipment number according to serial number provided. Maintain man hours according to non-routine, update aircraft time counters so that notification can be TECO with proper count, and planner board correction.
• Update the notification with the corrective action as reflected into the non-routined discrepancy. Ensure system data matches the hard copy. Obtain physical verification of the dismantle part, serial number, part number and perform equipment movements.
• Assists Planner II in updating maintenance and inspection programs. Provides data to the Senior Planner for development of maintenance schedules and budget reports. Works with Planner II to identify long term requirements and advise of when work should be accomplished.

Minimum Requirements:

Working knowledge of computer applications as they apply to maintenance and inspection tracking is preferable

Education Requirement:

Minimum Years of Experience :06 Special Field Experience aircraft maintenance office and administrative duties Minimum Years in the Special Field 01
