شركة Euro Group للاستشارات الهندسية (فرع السعودية) تعلن عن وظيفة مفتش طرق (Roads Inspector) للعمل في مشاريع صيانة وتشغيل الطرق بمدينة الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مفتش الطرق مسؤولية فحص ومراقبة والإبلاغ عن أعمال تشغيل وصيانة الطرق ضمن نطاق بلدية الرياض. تشمل المهام التحقق من تنفيذ أعمال صيانة الطرق بأمان وكفاءة وفقاً للمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع واللوائح البلدية. يقوم المفتش بمراقبة حالة الطرق، وتفقد أعمال الصيانة، وتقييم أداء المقاول وفرق العمل، وتحديد العيوب والمخاطر، وتقديم تقارير يومية دقيقة للمهندس المشرف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للطرق والشوارع والتقاطعات والأرصفة والحواجز والجزر الوسطى والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة أعمال صيانة الطرق بما في ذلك إصلاح الأسفلت (asphalt repairs)، وترميم الحفر (pothole patching)، وتأهيل الرصف (pavement rehabilitation)، ووضع العلامات الطرقية (road marking)، وتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية، وصيانة الأكتاف، والأعمال المدنية البسيطة.
- تفقد قنوات الصرف والمجاري المائية وغرف التفتيش والمرافق الأخرى ذات الصلة بالطرق لتحديد الانسدادات أو التلف أو مخاطر الفيضانات أو احتياجات الصيانة.
- التحقق من مطابقة المواد والمعدات وأساليب العمل للمواصفات المعتمدة ومعايير الجودة.
- تحديد عيوب الطرق ومخاطر السلامة والبنية التحتية المتضررة واحتياجات الصيانة العاجلة والإبلاغ عنها.
- مراقبة فرق العمل والمقاولين لضمان إنجاز الأنشطة الموكلة بأمان وكفاءة ووفق الجدول الزمني المعتمد.
- ضمان التنفيذ السليم لإدارة حركة المرور (traffic management)، وحماية منطقة العمل، ووضع لافتات التحذير والحواجز، ومتطلبات معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE).
- إجراء فحوصات بصرية، وعند الحاجة، تسجيل القياسات والكميات والمواقع والأدلة الفوتوغرافية للأعمال المنجزة أو المعيبة.
- التحقق من إنجاز وجودة أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية والوقائية.
- ضمان نظافة مناطق العمل وإزالة مخلفات البناء والنفايات والمواد غير المستخدمة فوراً.
- التنسيق مع المهندس المشرف والمقاول وممثلي البلدية وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين بشأن أنشطة الموقع وقضايا السلامة واحتياجات الصيانة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير فحص يومية دقيقة تغطي تقدم العمل والقوى العاملة والمعدات والمواد وظروف الموقع والعيوب والحوادث والقضايا العالقة.
- متابعة العيوب المبلغ عنها والتأكد من إتمام الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل مرضٍ.
- دعم الفحوصات الطارئة والاستجابة للمشكلات العاجلة المتعلقة بالطرق، بما في ذلك الفيضانات وانهيار الرصف وتلف اللوحات والظروف الخطرة.
- مراقبة أداء فرق العمل وتقديم ملاحظات حول الإنتاجية وجودة العمل والانضباط والامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة.
- المساعدة في تدريب وتطوير موظفي الفحص والصيانة حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى من دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو إنشاء الطرق أو تكنولوجيا البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة فنية أو دبلوم في الأعمال المدنية أو صيانة الطرق أو المساحة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول (إلزامية).
- معرفة جيدة بأعمال صيانة الطرق وسلامة منطقة العمل وممارسات البناء الأساسية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة الطرق أو إنشاء الطرق أو الأعمال المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في فحص الطرق وأعمال الأسفلت والرصف وأنظمة الصرف والعلامات الطرقية واللوحات الإرشادية أو البنية التحتية البلدية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في الإشراف أو التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة والمقاولين.
- خبرة في إعداد تقارير الفحص اليومية وتوثيق ظروف الموقع.
- يفضل خبرة في العمل على مشاريع بلدية أو بنية تحتية أو تشغيل وصيانة الطرق.
المهارات المطلوبة

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of roads, streets, intersections, sidewalks, curbs, medians, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor road maintenance activities, including asphalt repairs, pothole patching, pavement rehabilitation, road marking, signage installation, shoulder maintenance, and minor civil works.
- Inspect drainage channels, culverts, manholes, and other road-related facilities to identify blockages, damage, flooding risks, or maintenance requirements.
- Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and report road defects, safety hazards, damaged infrastructure, and urgent maintenance requirements.
- Monitor work teams and contractors to ensure that assigned activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved schedule.
- Ensure proper implementation of traffic management, work-zone protection, warning signs, barricades, and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Conduct visual inspections and, when required, record measurements, quantities, locations, and photographic evidence of completed or defective works.
- Verify the completion and quality of corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and that construction debris, waste materials, and unused materials are removed promptly.

- Support emergency inspections and respond to urgent road-related issues, including flooding, pavement failure, damaged signs, and hazardous conditions.
- Monitor the performance of work teams and provide feedback regarding productivity, workmanship, discipline, and compliance with safety requirements.
- Assist in the training and development of inspection and maintenance personnel as required.
- Minimum of a diploma in Civil Engineering, Road Construction, Construction Technology, or a related discipline.
- A technical certificate or diploma in civil works, road maintenance, surveying, or a related field is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of road maintenance activities, work-zone safety, and basic construction practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in road maintenance, road construction, civil works, or a related field.
- Proven experience inspecting roads, asphalt works, pavements, drainage systems, road markings, signage, or related municipal infrastructure.
- Experience supervising or coordinating maintenance teams and contractors.
- Experience preparing daily inspection reports and documenting site conditions.
