تعلن شركة Matar Holding عبر قسمها PED في Salama Engineering عن توفر فرص وظيفية لفنيي الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDT Technician) في المنطقة الشرقية - الدمام، السعودية، للتخصص في تفسير أفلام التصوير الإشعاعي (RTFI) أو اختبار الاختراق (PT) أو الاختبار بالموجات فوق الصوتية (UT).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات الفحص باستخدام تقنيات RTFI أو PT أو UT على اللحامات وأوعية الضغط والمبادلات الحرارية والمكونات المصنعة.
- تحديد وتقييم وتقرير العيوب السطحية والداخلية وفقًا لإجراءات الفحص المعتمدة.
- ضمان الامتثال لكود ASME ومواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للاختبارات والتوثيق.
- التحقق من معايرة معدات الفحص وضمان الاستخدام السليم لأدوات ومواد الاختبار.
- التنسيق مع مفتشي مراقبة الجودة ومهندسي اللحام وفرق التصنيع لحل نتائج الفحص.
- اتباع إجراءات الاختبار غير الإتلافي المعتمدة ومتطلبات مراقبة الجودة ومعايير السلامة في مكان العمل.
- ضمان إتمام أنشطة الفحص ضمن الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وتلبية متطلبات العميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مؤهل فني ذي صلة؛ قد يُقبل شهادة الثانوية العامة لوظيفة فني PT.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في مجال الفحص غير الإتلافي في صناعات أوعية الضغط أو المبادلات الحرارية أو التصنيع الثقيل.
- شهادة سارية في طريقة الفحص ذات الصلة: RTFI أو PT Level II أو UT Level II، ويفضل أن تكون PCN أو ما يعادلها ومعترف بها.
- معرفة جيدة بكود ASME القسم الخامس ومعايير الفحص المطبقة ومواصفات المشروع.
- خبرة عملية في فحص اللحامات وتحديد العيوب وإعداد تقارير NDT.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية واتباع إجراءات الفحص المعتمدة والحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل، والوعي بالجودة، والالتزام بالسلامة في مكان العمل.

- Perform NDT inspections using RTFI, PT, or UT techniques on welds, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and fabricated components
- Identify, evaluate, and report surface and subsurface defects in accordance with approved inspection procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASME codes, project specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate testing records and documentation
- Verify inspection equipment calibration and ensure proper use of testing tools and materials
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors, Welding Engineers, and fabrication teams to resolve inspection findings
- Follow approved NDT procedures, quality control requirements, and workplace safety standards
- Ensure inspection activities are completed within project timelines and meet customer requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification; Higher Secondary Certificate may be accepted for PT Technician
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in NDT inspection within pressure vessel, heat exchanger, or heavy fabrication industries
- Valid certification in the relevant NDT method: RTFI, PT Level II, or UT Level II, preferably PCN or an equivalent recognized certification
- Good knowledge of ASME Section V, applicable inspection standards, and project specifications
- Hands-on experience in weld inspection, defect identification, and preparation of NDT reports
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow approved inspection procedures, and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong attention to detail, quality awareness, and commitment to workplace safety
