المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصنيع وتجميع وتركيب المبادلات الحرارية وفقاً للرسومات الفنية والمواصفات.
- تشغيل وصيانة معدات التصنيع مثل ماكينات اللحام والثني والقطع.
- إجراء الفحص والاختبار للمكونات لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.

- الإلمام بمعايير التصنيع مثل ASME وAPI أو ما يعادلها.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and install heat exchangers according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as welding machines, bending machines, and cutting tools.
- Conduct inspection and testing of components to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heat exchanger units.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues during fabrication.
- Maintain accurate records of fabrication processes, materials used, and test results.
- Follow all company safety policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, or relevant standards)
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in heat exchanger fabrication, pressure vessel, or similar manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with welding (TIG, MIG, SMAW) and metal fabrication.
- Knowledge of pressure testing, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with fabrication standards such as ASME, API, or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE compliance in fabrication environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues efficiently
