تتولى شركة ماتار القابضة عن فتح شاغر وظيفي لمدير مالي (Finance Manager) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. سيقود هذا المنصب العمليات المالية لأقسام الأعمال الزراعية، لضمان دقة التقارير المالية والميزانية والامتثال والدعم الاستراتيجي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ومراجعة القوائم المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية مع ضمان الدقة والالتزام بمعايير GAAP/IFRS.
- تحليل الأداء المالي مع إبراز الاتجاهات والانحرافات والمخاطر وفرص التحسين.
- تقديم تقارير مالية ورؤى في الوقت المناسب للإدارة العليا مع توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة المالية والربحية.
- تطوير لوحات المعلومات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لمتابعة الأداء المالي المستمر.
- قيادة أنشطة الميزانية والتنبؤ والتخطيط المالي طويل الأجل.
- إنشاء نماذج مالية وإجراء تحليل السيناريوهات لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- تقديم التوجيه المالي للاستثمارات الجديدة ومبادرات خفض التكاليف واستراتيجيات التسعير وتخطيط النفقات الرأسمالية (CapEx).
- الشراكة مع الإدارة العليا لمواءمة الأهداف المالية مع استراتيجية العمل الشاملة وخطط النمو.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير المحاسبة والرقابة الداخلية واللوائح الضريبية (الزكاة، ضريبة القيمة المضافة، حجب الضريبة) ومتطلبات التدقيق.
- الإشراف على المحاسبة العامة وإغلاق نهاية الشهر ودقة دفتر الأستاذ.
- إدارة التخطيط الضريبي وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية والتنسيق مع المستشارين الضريبيين الخارجيين.
- قيادة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي وضمان جاهزية التدقيق.
- تطبيق الانضباط المالي والامتثال عبر الوحدات التجارية.
- مراقبة وإدارة التدفق النقدي ورأس المال العامل والسيولة.
- الإشراف على العلاقات المصرفية ودورات الدفع وعمليات الخزانة.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين استخدام النقد وتقليل المخاطر المالية.
- تعزيز الرقابة الداخلية المالية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية وأطر الحوكمة.
- تنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لتعزيز الدقة والكفاءة والشفافية المالية.
- ضمان إدارة المخاطر المناسبة والامتثال للتدقيق الداخلي.
- قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق المالية لضمان الأداء العالي وبناء القدرات.
- توزيع المسؤوليات ومراقبة عبء العمل وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- تعزيز ثقافة المساءلة والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية التالية مرغوبة بشدة: ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في مجال المالية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب إداري يقود فرق المالية.
- يفضل الخبرة في قطاع الزراعة أو التصنيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة (FMCG) أو الأعمال متعددة الأقسام.
- خبرة قوية في التقارير المالية والضرائب والميزانية والامتثال.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP/IFRS.
- Analyze financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide timely financial reports and insights to senior management with recommendations to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for ongoing financial performance tracking.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Create financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance for new investments, cost-reduction initiatives, pricing strategies, and CapEx planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to align financial objectives with overall business strategy and growth plans.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, tax regulations (Zakat, VAT, WHT), and audit requirements.
- Oversee general accounting, month-end close, and ledger accuracy.
- Manage tax planning, tax return preparation, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure audit readiness.
- Enforce financial discipline and compliance across the business units.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
- Oversee banking relationships, payment cycles, and treasury operations.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize financial risks.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial transparency.
- Ensure proper risk management and internal audit compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and capability building.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor workload, and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional Certifications (highly preferred): ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA
- 12+ years total experience in Finance.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role leading finance teams.
- Experience in Agri, Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-division business preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance
