تعلن شركة Matar Holding company عن حاجتها لمشغل ميزان شاحنات (Weight bridge Operator) في الجبيل، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل نظام ميزان الشاحنات لجميع المركبات الواردة والصادرة.
- تسجيل أوزان الشاحنات، وبيانات المركبة، ونوع المادة، ومعلومات المورد/العميل، والكميات بدقة.
- إصدار والتحقق من تذاكر الميزان ومستندات التسليم.
- التنسيق مع فرق المستودعات والخدمات اللوجستية والإنتاج والأمن.
- التحقق من مستندات التسليم والصرف مقابل سجلات الميزان.
- مراقبة أي اختلافات في وزن المركبة أو الوثائق والإبلاغ عنها.
- الحفاظ على السجلات اليومية للوزن وإعداد التقارير.
- ضمان عمل معدات ونظام الميزان بشكل صحيح والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة والأمن والتشغيل الخاصة بالشركة.
- الحفاظ على أرشفة وتوثيق جميع المعاملات بشكل صحيح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات كمشغل ميزان شاحنات، ويفضل في مصانع الأعلاف أو التصنيع أو الزراعة أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو البيئات الصناعية.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب، خاصة MS Excel وإدخال البيانات.
- مهارات جيدة في الأرقام وحفظ السجلات.
- القدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات والتعامل مع حركة شاحنات عالية الكثافة.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنسيق.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator to manage the weighing of incoming and outgoing trucks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth vehicle movement at the facility.
Requirements
Operate the weighbridge system for all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Record truck weights, vehicle details, material type, supplier/customer information, and quantities accurately.
Issue and verify weighbridge tickets and delivery documents.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Security teams.
Check delivery and dispatch documents against weighbridge records.
Monitor and report any discrepancies in vehicle weight or documentation.
Maintain daily weighing records and prepare reports.
Ensure the weighbridge equipment and system are functioning properly and report any issues.
Follow company safety, security, and operational procedures.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all transactions.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a Weighbridge Operator, preferably in a feed mill, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or industrial environment

- Ability to work shifts and handle high-volume truck movements
- Good communication and coordination skills
