شركة Matar Holding Company، التي تأسست عام 1977، هي شركة رائدة في الصناعات المتنوعة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتعمل في قطاعات السيارات والهندسة والزراعة والعقارات والخدمات اللوجستية. تبحث الشركة حاليًا عن مدير/مهندس أول لمراقبة الجودة (QC Manager / Senior QC Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريقها في قطاع النفط والطاقة، ومقر العمل في المنطقة الشرقية (الدمام).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الإشراف على ضمان أعلى معايير الجودة للمبردات وأنظمة التبريد الموردة لسوق ما بعد البيع، مع التركيز على السيارات الخاصة والتجارية والتطبيقات الصناعية.
  • يتضمن الدور أعمال الفحص والاختبار والامتثال، بالإضافة إلى مبادرات تحسين العمليات للمبردات الموزعة داخل المملكة ودول الخليج المجاورة والصادرات.
  • تُعطى الأولوية للمتقدمين المتمكنين من اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، والذين لديهم معرفة عميقة بالمعايير الإقليمية للجودة وخبرة في مبردات الألومنيوم والمبردات البينية (Intercoolers) مع التركيز على لحام الألومنيوم (Al Brazing) واللحام (TIG/MIG).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تطوير وتنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية، وإجراء الفحص والاختبار وإعداد التقارير لمنتجات ما بعد البيع وOEM للامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والخاصة بدول الخليج والدولية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ بروتوكولات مراقبة الجودة لدورة حياة المنتج من المواد الخام الواردة إلى المنتجات النهائية الصادرة، والتنسيق مع الموردين للحفاظ على تتبع المنتج وحل مشكلات عدم المطابقة.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والتدريب للفرق الداخلية حول معايير الجودة وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالمبردات، والتعاون مع شركات المبردات في السعودية والخليج لضمان جودة منتج متسقة.
  • إعداد وعرض تقارير للإدارة حول نتائج ضمان الجودة والإجراءات التصحيحية والامتثال العام، والحفاظ على سجلات شاملة ووثائق جودة بالعربية والإنجليزية حسب الاقتضاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية مع خبرة في مراقبة الجودة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 إلى 15 سنة في العمل كمهندس مراقبة جودة في مؤسسات مماثلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عملية وفهم عميق لمواد المبردات (الألومنيوم، النحاس، البراص) وطرق التصنيع والاختبار.
  • معرفة إضافية مفضلة في: SQC/SPC، MSA/معايرة، قدرة العملية/التحكم (CP/CPK)، DPM/DPMO، التحسين المستمر، التحكم في عدم المطابقة.
  • خبرة مباشرة في أنماط فشل المبردات ومعايير الأداء والمتطلبات الإقليمية.
  • معرفة الأطر التنظيمية وشهادات الاعتماد المحلية لقطع غيار السيارات في سوق ما بعد البيع.
  • الإلمام بالعمليات الموجهة للعملاء في بيئات B2B وB2C.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وكتابة التقارير والتحليل.

As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic QC Engineer / QC Manager to join our team in the Oil & Energy sector. This role is vital in overseeing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing strategies to improve quality across our projects.

Job Purpose

Manager - Quality Control:

The Manager Quality Control Manager/will oversee and ensure the highest standards of quality for radiators and cooling systems supplied to the aftermarket, focusing on both passenger and commercial vehicles and Industrial applications. The role involves inspection, testing, and compliance activities, along with process improvement initiatives for radiators distributed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and neighboring GCC countries and Exports. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in the English & Arabic language and in-depth knowledge of regional quality standards with experience in Aluminum Radiators, Intercoolers, etc. focusing on Al Brazing, Welding TIG/MIG.

Key Accountabilities

Overseeing the development and implementation of engineering projects involves several key responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspection and testing and reporting for aftermarket, OEM products for compliance with industry and GCC-specific and international standards.
  • Develop and implement Quality Control protocols for product lifecycles, from inbound raw materials to outbound finished goods. Liaise with suppliers to maintain product traceability and resolve non-conformance issues
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on quality standards and radiators' best practices. Collaborate with aftermarket radiator companies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to uphold consistent product quality
  • Prepare and present reports to management on QA findings, corrective actions, and overall compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and quality documentation in Arabic and English, as appropriate

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with QC Experience.

Minimum Experience (no. Of Years)

12/15 years working as a Quality Control Engineer in similar organization(s).

Job-specific Skills And Competencies

  • Hands-on work experience and in-depth understanding of radiator materials (aluminum, copper, brass) and manufacturing/testing methods.
  • SQC/SPC, MSA/Calibration, Process Capability/Control - CP/CPK, DPM/DPMO- Continual improvement, Control of Non-Conformance, will be added advantages (Preferred)
  • Direct experience with radiator failure modes, performance benchmarks, and regional requirements
  • Knowledge of local regulatory and certification frameworks for aftermarket auto parts
  • Familiarity with customer-centric operations in B2B and B2C settings
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferred).
