المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق عمليات الاستيراد، التخليص الجمركي وأنشطة النقل لضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد إلى مصنع جدة وتقليل التأخير وتكاليف المكوث.
- إدارة والتحقق من مستندات الاستيراد بما في ذلك الفواتير وقوائم التعبئة والشهادات الصحية والحلال، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الجمركية والإجراءات الداخلية.
- إنشاء وصيانة طلبات الشراء (PRs) وأوامر الشراء (POs) والإيصالات الواردة وسجلات الشحنات في نظام SAP، بما في ذلك المعاملات بين الشركات ومخصصات مصاريف اللوجستيات.
- مراقبة شروط أوامر الشراء وفواتير الموردين وتكاليف اللوجستيات، وضمان دقة ترحيل المدفوعات وتوزيع التكاليف والتوافق مع الاتفاقيات التعاقدية.
- تحليل فروقات التكاليف وتسوية كشوف حسابات الموردين (SOA) والمخصصات المعلقة، والتنسيق مع فرق المالية والحسابات الدائنة لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.
- التعاون مع الموردين ووكلاء الجمارك والناقلين ومقدمي الخدمات اللوجستية الخارجيين (3PL) والفرق الداخلية لإدارة الشحنات وأنشطة المستودعات ومتطلبات التوثيق، بما في ذلك عمليات موانئ جدة والدمام.
- الحفاظ على سجلات تشغيلية دقيقة، وحل مشكلات الشحنات والوثائق بشكل استباقي، ودعم التحسين المستمر مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وسلامة الغذاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في عمليات الاستيراد، التخليص الجمركي، تنسيق اللوجستيات وعمليات التوثيق ذات الصلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المخزون ونظام SAP بما في ذلك عمليات المشتريات واللوجستيات.
- معرفة بإدارة أوامر الشراء، تسوية الفواتير، وتكاليف اللوجستيات والتنسيق مع الموردين.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel، وإجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية. اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الإقامة حالياً في جدة، السعودية، أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Coordinate import operations, customs clearance and transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials to our Jeddah factory while minimizing delays and demurrage costs
- Manage and verify import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, health and HALAL certificates, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
- Create and maintain purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), inbound deliveries and shipment records in SAP, including intercompany transactions and logistics expense provisions
- Monitor purchase order conditions, supplier invoices and logistics costs, ensuring accurate payment bookings, cost allocation and alignment with contractual agreements
- Analyze cost discrepancies, reconcile supplier statements of account (SOA) and outstanding provisions, and coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to resolve payment-related issues
- Collaborate with suppliers, customs agents, transporters, 3PL providers and internal teams to manage shipments, warehouse activities and documentation requirements, including Jeddah and Dammam port operations
- Maintain accurate operational records, proactively resolve shipment and documentation issues, and support continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with HSE and food safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Experience in import operations, customs clearance, logistics coordination and related documentation processes
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management and SAP, including procurement and logistics processes
- Knowledge of purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, logistics costs and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong command of English. Arabic is considered an advantage
- Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
