شركة Parsons Corporation تبحث عن Senior Quality Engineer (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم لأنظمة الجودة باستخدام معيار ISO 9001 كأساس لتطوير العمليات وتحسينها، وإعداد الإجراءات، وجمع البيانات وإعداد التقارير، والتدريب على أنظمة الجودة.
- التواصل مع الإدارة العليا والتنفيذية فيما يخص تحسين وإعادة هندسة عمليات ISO 9000.
- إجراء وتوثيق عمليات التدقيق الداخلي للجودة في المكاتب والمشاريع ومواقع العمل، وإدارة جميع أنشطة المتابعة ذات الصلة؛ لضمان الامتثال لمعايير Parsons ومتطلبات العقود والرموز والمواصفات والمخططات المعمول بها (بما في ذلك التصميم والهندسة والتقدير والمشتريات ومراقبة المشاريع وإدارة الموردين/المقاولين من الباطن والاستلام والمناولة والتخزين والإنشاء).
- تسهيل جميع عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة وإبلاغ الإدارة بالنتائج.
- إجراء تدقيق لتأهيل موردي المنتجات والخدمات المشتراة.
- إجراء مراجعات هندسية للجودة لوثائق التصميم للتحقق من الامتثال للمتطلبات المحددة، بما في ذلك أدلة الجودة للموردين وسجلات الجودة للشركة.
- المشاركة في تطوير وصيانة سياسة الجودة والعمليات والإجراءات والوثائق ذات الصلة، ومراجعة أدلة الجودة ووثائق وإجراءات التنفيذ للتحقق من الامتثال لرموز ومعايير الصناعة واللوائح والالتزامات التنظيمية.
- مراجعة (من منظور الجودة) واعتماد (عند الحاجة) الوثائق المعدة من قبل جهات داخلية أو خارجية مثل أدلة وإجراءات الجودة والتسليمات الفنية وخطط وإجراءات الاختبار وأوامر الشراء والعقود من الباطن.
- التعاون مع الإدارة في أنشطة الجودة مع الجهات الداخلية أو الخارجية (العملاء والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وغيرهم).
- أداء المسؤوليات الأخرى المرتبطة بهذا المنصب حسب الاقتضاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص الجودة أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عمل معادلة).
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الجودة.
- شهادة مدقق رئيسي (ISO 9001 أو ما يعادلها) وشهادة ASQ (CMQ/OE أو CQA أو CQE) أو شهادات أخرى ذات صلة.
- الجنسية السعودية.

Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will perform quality activities on assigned complex and difficult projects/programs and/or functional area(s) to ensure that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and Parsons quality requirements. Regularly interacts with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, construction, and other personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provides Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, procedure development, data collection and reporting and Quality Systems training. Interfacing at senior and executive levels with regard to ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.
- Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned office, projects and jobsites, and manages all related follow-up activities. Audits conducted to assure compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications and drawings, including but not limited to: Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Receiving, Handling & Storage, Construction.
- Facilitates all internal and external Quality audits and brief management with the results.
- Handles qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services.
- Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
- Collaborates in development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures and related documents. Reviews Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments.
- Reviews from a quality perspective (and approves if required) documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
- Collaborates with management for interface on Quality activities with internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Quality discipline or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience in the field of Quality. Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equal) , ASQ Certification (CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE) or other related certifications.
