شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن وظيفة ممرض مسجل (Registered Nurse) للعمل في مدينة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة تساهم في تحسين حياة المرضى من خلال ممارسات قائمة على الأدلة الممتازة في بيئة سريرية. يشمل الدور تقييم المشكلات والاحتياجات الصحية للمرضى، وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الرعاية التمريضية، والحفاظ على السجلات الطبية. يعمل الممرض المسجل عن كثب مع الأطباء والممرضين الآخرين ومتخصصي الرعاية الصحية لضمان الرعاية المثلى للمرضى وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء التقييمات الأولية والمستمرة لحالة المريض الصحية، بما في ذلك الفحوصات البدنية وقياس العلامات الحيوية ومراقبة الأعراض.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة. (أما الموظفون الحاصلون على درجة البكالوريوس من فقيه وذوو خبرة أقل من سنة فسيلتحقون ببرنامج إقامة الممرضين RN Residency Program)
- درجة البكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
- ترخيص من بلد المنشأ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة الصادرة عن الهيئة الصحية التنظيمية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS/DHA)، وشهادة BLS، و ACLS، ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الاقتضاء

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Clinical Duties:
- Conducts initial and ongoing assessments of patient's health, including physical examinations, taking vital signs, and monitoring symptoms.
- Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans based on patient assessments and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Administers medications and treatments as physicians prescribe and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
- Provides care for wounds, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures and diagnostic tests.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Observe and record patients' conditions, including changes in symptoms or behaviors, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.
- Conducts purposeful rounding for patients to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
- Adhere to strict infection control standards, including hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) use, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Participate in infection control surveillance and reporting to help prevent facility-acquired infection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the patient items and equipment as per Fakeeh Care policies.
- Follow established protocols for different emergencies (e.g., codes, and RRT), ensuring patient safety and effective response.
- Innovate in patient care and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintains accurate and detailed patient care records, including observations, interventions, and responses.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is continuous and integrated.
- Supportive Duties:
- Provides emotional support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance during stressful times.
- Advocates for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their rights are respected, and their voices are heard.
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay current with medical practices and advancements.
- Respect diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporate patient values and beliefs into care planning.
- Oversees the work of junior staff and nursing students and provides guidance and support as needed
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Identifies and addresses issues or challenges in patient care and contributes to solutions and improvements in practice
- Other duties as assigned by the nursing manager within the scope of the job

- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.

- Minimum of one year of clinical experience
- RN resident: Staff with less than one year of experience will go through the RN residency program (Fakeeh Graduate)
