تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة أخصائي تخدير أول في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان الإعطاء الآمن للتخدير والتهدئة الدوائية، وتقديم إدارة فعّالة للألم، ودعم الرعاية المحيطة بالعملية الجراحية للمرضى الخاضعين للإجراءات الطبية والجراحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعطاء التخدير باستخدام تقنيات متعددة (مثل التخدير العام، والموضعي، والمحوري النخاعي، وحصار الأعصاب بالموجات فوق الصوتية) بما يناسب احتياجات المريض وفق الصلاحيات السريرية المعتمدة.
- إجراء تقييمات ما قبل التخدير وما قبل الحث للمرضى المقرر تخديرهم.
- مراقبة المرضى قبل الإجراء وأثناءه وبعده لإدارة الألم والحفاظ على استقرار العلامات الحيوية.
- الاستجابة لردود الفعل الضارة أو المضاعفات المرتبطة بالتخدير وإدارتها.
- الاحتفاظ بتوثيق دقيق لإعطاء التخدير، بما في ذلك أنواع الأدوية والجرعات واستجابات المريض.
- تقييم مخاطر المريض من خلال مراجعة التاريخ الطبي وإجراء الفحوصات وطلب الفحوصات التشخيصية عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الجراحين والأطباء والكوادر الصحية الأخرى لتحديد خطط التخدير المثلى.
- توفير إدارة مجرى الهواء والدعم الحيوي أثناء التخدير والتهدئة الدوائية.
- الإشراف على تعافي المريض بعد التخدير وتحديد جاهزيته للخروج من غرفة الإفاقة (PACU).
- توجيه ومتابعة الأطباء المقيمين والفنيين والممرضين وكوادر الدعم في المهام المتعلقة بالتخدير.
- الإشراف على مهام الأطباء المقيمين والفنيين والممرضين وسائر كوادر الدعم الصحي.
- تثقيف المرضى وذويهم حول الرعاية بعد الإجراء، والمضاعفات المحتملة، واستراتيجيات الوقاية الصحية.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية وجولات القسم والمبادرات التعليمية عند الطلب.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات القسم والإسهام في الأنشطة العلمية والتعليمية.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة وفق معايير المنظمة.
- الالتزام بالتحسين المستمر، وأداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص في فقيه.
- المساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والمبادرة إلى معالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة في العمل.
- الحفاظ على سرية تامة لجميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يتم الاطلاع عليها أثناء العمل.
- الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني لحماية أنظمة فقيه، والمشاركة في التدريبات والمبادرات التوعوية لمنع التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية في فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- إتمام التعليم الإلزامي حسب المطلوب قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة، مع إتمام تدريب متقدم ومنظم في التخدير يفضي إلى شهادة مهنية عليا معترف بها من الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة.
- خبرة ضمن نطاق 5 سنوات بعد الحصول على الشهادة المهنية العليا المعترف بها من الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً، مع إجادة اللغة العربية مرغوبة.
- رخصة مزاولة مهنة سارية صادرة عن الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة (مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية أو هيئة الصحة بدبي).
- شهادة إنعاش قلبي رئوي أساسي (BLS) سارية، والتراخيص المتقدمة إن كانت مطلوبة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وذويهم والأطباء والكوادر غير الطبية.
- القدرة على عرض المعلومات بفعالية أمام الجمهور والإدارة العليا لفقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مهارات تنظيم جيدة والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
- مهارات حاسوب جيدة.
- الكفاءة في المراقبة المتقدمة وتقنيات التهدئة الدوائية وعلم الأدوية والاستجابة للطوارئ وإدارة المضاعفات وبروتوكولات التعافي.

Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery with completion of advanced structured training in Anesthesia leading to a higher professional certification as recognized by the regional health regulatory authority.
Language
Excellent oral and written English skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
Licenses / Certifications
Valid practice license from a regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and advanced licenses, if applicable.
Job Purpose:
To ensure the safe administration of anesthesia and sedation, provide effective pain management, and support the perioperative care of patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Administers anesthesia using various techniques (e.g., general anesthesia, local, neuraxial, or ultrasound guided nerve blocks) tailored to patient needs and as per assigned clinical privileges.
- Performs Pre-anesthesia and pre-induction assessments for patients planned for anesthesia. Monitors patients before, during, and after procedures to manage pain and maintain stable vital signs.
- Responds to and manage adverse reactions or complications related to anesthesia.
- Maintains accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, including medication types, dosages, and patient responses.
- Assess patient risk by reviewing medical histories, conducting examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests when necessary.
- Collaborates with surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to determine optimal anesthesia plans.
- Provides airway management and life support during anesthesia and sedation.
- Supervises recovery post-anesthesia and determines readiness for patient discharge from PACU.
- Guides and oversees residents, technicians, nurses, and support staff in anesthesia-related tasks.
- Oversees the duties of residents, technicians, nurses and other healthcare support staff.
- Educates patients and families about post-procedure care, potential complications, and preventive health strategies.
- Participates in teaching activities, departmental rounds, and educational initiatives as requested.
- Participates in departmental meetings and contribute to scientific and educational activities.
- Ensures adherence to safety and quality protocols in line with organizational standards.
- Be competent in advanced monitoring, sedation techniques, pharmacology, response to emergencies, managing complications and recovery protocols.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.

Skills And Abilities
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physician and non-medical staff. - Must be able to effectively present information to public group and Fakeeh Care top management.
- Should possess good organization skills and be able to work under stressful situations.
- Good computer skills.
