شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة تقني علاج طبيعي - أخصائي - أقدم في السعودية، تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات علاج طبيعي متكاملة لمساعدة المرضى على استعادة وظائفهم الحركية وتحسين جودة حياتهم.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم خدمات طبية متنوعة لمساعدة الأفراد الذين تعرضوا لإصابة أو تأثروا جسديًا بالمرض على التعافي أو تحسين الوظيفة. يشمل ذلك تقييم حالة المريض ووضع خطة علاج طبيعي مخصصة بهدف تطوير والحفاظ على واستعادة أقصى حركة وقدرة وظيفية لتعظيم جودة الحياة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإدارة العلاج الطبيعي الموصوف طبياً للمرضى الذين يعانون من إصابات أو أمراض العضلات والأعصاب والمفاصل والعظام، لاستعادة الوظيفة وتخفيف الألم ومنع الإعاقة.
- مراجعة إحالة الطبيب (الوصفة الطبية) وحالة المريض وسجلاته الطبية لتحديد العلاج الطبيعي المطلوب.
- اختبار وقياس قوة المريض والتطور الحركي والإدراك الحسي والقدرة الوظيفية وكفاءة الجهاز التنفسي والدوراني، وتسجيل النتائج لتطوير أو تعديل برامج العلاج.
- تخطيط وإعداد برنامج علاجي مكتوب بناءً على تقييم بيانات المريض، وتقديم تمارين يدوية لتحسين الوظيفة والحفاظ عليها.
- الاطلاع على أحدث التوجهات والتطورات في مجال العلاج الطبيعي واستخدام بروتوكولات علاجية قائمة على الأدلة.
- تقديم علاجات تشمل استخدام العوامل الفيزيائية مثل أحواض العلاج المائي وحمامات الدوامة، والكمادات الرطبة، والأشعة فوق البنفسجية وتحت الحمراء، وأجهزة الموجات فوق الصوتية، وتقييم تأثير العلاج وتعديله لتحقيق أقصى فائدة.
- تسجيل العلاج والاستجابة والتقدم في ملف المريض أو إدخال المعلومات في الحاسوب.
- إرشاد المريض وعائلته في إجراءات العلاج التي يمكن متابعتها في المنزل، والتشاور مع الطبيب والممارسين الآخرين للحصول على معلومات إضافية واقتراح تعديلات في البرنامج العلاجي، وتوجيه أعمال المساعدين والمعاونين.
- أداء مهام أخرى تُحدد حسب بيئة العمل، وضمان التسليم السليم في حالات الغياب.
- أداء المهام الأخرى الموكلة ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة، ويكون جميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية مسؤولين عن التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على السرية التامة، والامتثال لسياسات الأمن السيبراني، والالتزام بمدونة قواعد السلوك، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلاج الطبيعي من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة، بالإضافة إلى التدريب الإكلينيكي المطلوب للتسجيل المهني.
- حيازة رخصة مزاولة مهنة العلاج الطبيعي سارية المفعول.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة كأخصائي علاج طبيعي.
- رخصة ممارسة من هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية مثل (SCFHS / DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الاستعداد والقدرة على العمل مع عملاء متعددي الثقافات ومن ذوي الإعاقات الجسدية.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف ضغط عالٍ.
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وعائلاتهم والأطباء والموظفين غير الطبيين.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، ومعرفة اللغة العربية مرغوبة جداً.

Job Purpose:
Provide a variety of medical services to help individuals who have been injured or physically affected by illness to recover or improve function. Evaluate a patient’s condition and devise a customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plan. The goal is to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability, in order to maximize quality of life.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
0 - 2 years of experience as physical therapist.
Education
BS Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; plus the required clinical internship for professional registration. Possession of a current license to practice Physical Therapy.
Language
Good command of oral and written English knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA).

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
- Reviews physician's referral (prescription) and patient's condition and medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
- Tests and measures patient's strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and records findings to develop or revise treatment programs.
- Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data. Administers manual exercises to improve and maintain function.
- Keeps abreast with the latest trends and advances in the field of physical therapy and use evidence based treatment protocols.
- Administers treatments involving application of physical agents, using equipment, such as hydrotherapy tanks and whirlpool baths, moist packs, ultraviolet and infrared lamps, and ultrasound machines. Evaluates effects of treatment at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
- Records treatment, response, and progress in patient's chart or enters information into computer.
- Instructs patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home. Confers with physician and other practitioners to obtain additional patient information, suggest revisions in treatment program, and integrate physical therapy treatment with other aspects of patient's health care. Orients, instructs, and directs work activities of assistants and aides. Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting. Proper handovers in case of absenteeism.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.

Skills and Abilities:
- Must be willing and able to work with multi-cultural and physically handicapped clients.
- Should possess good organization skills and able to work in highly stress situations.
- Able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
