تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي جودة في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتحديث ومواءمة سياسات وإجراءات خدمات الطوارئ الطبية (EMS) مع متطلبات هيئات الاعتماد الدولية (JCIA, ACHS, ABBA’s).
- إجراء تحليلات فجوة دورية مقابل معايير الاعتماد وتطوير خطط عمل لتحقيق الامتثال.
- تنسيق أنشطة الاستعداد لزيارات الاعتماد، بما في ذلك التوثيق وتجهيز الموظفين وجمع الأدلة.
- الحفاظ على معرفة محدثة بمعايير الاعتماد والمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة على خدمات الطوارئ الطبية.
- صياغة ومراجعة وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية السريرية بالتعاون مع قيادة خدمات الطوارئ الطبية.
- ضمان توحيد المستندات وتنسيقها بشكل صحيح والتحكم في إصداراتها وسهولة الوصول إليها.
- تقديم التدريب والتوجيه للموظفين حول السياسات الجديدة أو المحدثة.
- إجراء مراجعة نوعية للتوثيق في السجل الطبي الإلكتروني (EMR) لضمان ممارسات التوثيق السليمة في جميع أنحاء منشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية وفقاً لسياسة التوثيق السريري.
- إجراء تدقيق جودة دوري على عمليات خدمات الطوارئ الطبية والتوثيق السريري وممارسات سلامة المرضى.
- تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة بجودة وسلامة خدمات الطوارئ الطبية، وتحديد حالات عدم المطابقة والعمل مع الإدارات المعنية لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- إنشاء وتحليل تقارير التدقيق الشهرية، وتحديد التناقضات ومجالات التحسين بما يتوافق مع المعايير الداخلية لمنشأة فقيه للرعاية الصحية والمتطلبات التنظيمية الخارجية.
- إبلاغ النتائج إلى إدارة الجودة وإدارة المخاطر (QRM) وكبير المسؤولين الطبيين (CMO) وغيرهم من القيادات واقتراح تحسينات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- المشاركة كعضو نشط في اللجان المختارة.
- المساهمة في عملية التحقق من مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الجديدة والمسؤول عن جمع المؤشرات التي يتم جمعها يدوياً من المستخدمين المعينين.
- المراقبة المستمرة لخصوصية وسرية مستندات ومعلومات المرضى في جميع أنحاء مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- مراقبة تقارير الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والأحداث السلبية؛ ضمان المتابعة والإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب في نظام OVR.
- دعم تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) والتوصية بتحسينات النظام لمنع التكرار.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة بين موظفي خدمات الطوارئ الطبية من خلال التثقيف والمشاركة الفعالة.
- جمع وتحليل وعرض بيانات الجودة والاتجاهات ولوحات المعلومات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الجودة والامتثال الدورية إلى مدير الجودة والقيادة العليا.
- دعم أنشطة البحث والمقارنة المرجعية لتحسين جودة خدمات الطوارئ الطبية.
- المساهمة في المبادرات التعليمية حول عمليات التدقيق ومعايير الجودة والامتثال التنظيمي، بما في ذلك عقد ورش عمل حول دقة التوثيق وسلامة المرضى والاستخدام الفعال لملاحظات المرضى لتحسين الخدمات.
- تسهيل التطوير المهني المستمر لإبقاء الموظفين على اطلاع بأحدث الممارسات في إدارة جودة الرعاية الصحية وتقنيات التدقيق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المجال الصحي، مع سنتين على الأقل في قسم إدارة الجودة والمخاطر (QRM) في منشأة صحية كبيرة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المجال الصحي ويفضل درجة في خدمات الطوارئ الطبية مع شهادة CPHQ أو أعلى.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية شفوياً وتحريرياً.

Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field preferred Emergency Medical Services degree along with CPHQ certification or higher
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- Quality & Accreditation Alignment
- Review, update, and align EMS policies and procedures with requirements of international accreditation bodies (JCIA, ACHS, ABBA’s).
- Conduct regular gap analyses against accreditation standards and develop action plans for compliance.
- Coordinate readiness activities for accreditation surveys, including documentation, staff preparation, and evidence collection.
- Maintain updated knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements applicable to EMS.
- Policy & Procedure Development
- Draft, revise, and implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines in collaboration with EMS leadership.
- Ensure documents are standardized, properly formatted, version controlled, and easily accessible.
- Provide training and orientation to staff on updated or new policies.
- Monitor and Compliance:
- Performs qualitative review of documentation in EMR, ensuring proper documentation practices across the Fakeeh Health Care facility in compliance with clinical documentation policy,
- Perform regular quality audits on EMS operations, clinical documentation, and patient safety practices.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to EMS quality and safety, identify non-conformities and work with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Audit and Reporting:
- Generates and analyzes monthly audit reports, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement catering to both internal Fakeeh Health Care facility standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Communicates findings to the Quality Risk Management (QRM), Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and other OUL and suggest actionable improvements.
- Committee Involvement:
- Serves as an active member of selected committees.
- Data Management:
- Essential part of validation process of new KPI’s and responsible for collection of manually collected KPI’s from assigned end users.
- Privacy and Security Oversight:
- Continuously monitors the privacy and confidentiality of patient documents and information throughout the Fakeeh Health Care Group.
- Risk & Patient Safety Management
- Monitor incident reports, near-misses, and adverse events; ensure timely follow-up and reporting in OVR system.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend system improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Promote a safety culture across EMS staff through education and active engagement.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and present quality data, trends, and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Prepare and submit regular quality and compliance reports to the Quality Manager and senior leadership.
- Support research and benchmarking activities for EMS quality improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Contributes educational initiatives on audit processes, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This includes conducting workshops on documentation accuracy, patient safety, and the effective use of patient feedback to drive service improvements.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development to keep staff updated on the latest practices in healthcare quality management and audit techniques.
