يعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن حاجتها إلى استشاري أنف وأذن وحنجرة (E.N.T Consultant) للعمل في منطقة مكة المكرمة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
الهدف من الوظيفة إجراء تقييم المرضى وإدارة رعايتهم وفق منهج قائم على الأدلة العلمية، وبما يتوافق مع معايير الرعاية الصحية، ولوائح فقيه للرعاية الصحية وسياساتها وإجراءاتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ المهام السريرية وفقاً للصلاحيات السريرية المخصصة له.
- إجراء تقييم شامل للمرضى (السريري، والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، والنفسي، والوظيفي، على سبيل المثال) وتوثيق نتائجه في السجلات الطبية.
- وضع خطة رعاية للمرضى وفق منهج قائم على الأدلة ومعايير الرعاية، وتوثيقها في السجل الطبي، والتأكد من تنفيذها في الوقت المناسب.
- أن يكون الطبيب المسؤول الأول (MRP) عن المرضى المنومين باسمه.
- إعداد خطة الخروج للمرضى المنومين باسمه في يوم الدخول، وإشراك خدمة تخطيط الخروج مبكراً عند الحاجة.
- تقييم المرضى المنومين باسمه مرة واحدة يومياً على الأقل، وتوثيق التقييم اليومي وخطة الرعاية في ملاحظات التقدم اليومية بصيغة SOAP.
- الرد على الاستشارات الطبية في الوقت المناسب.
- توثيق التدخلات الطبية التي يجريها للمرضى في الوقت المناسب، والالتزام بمعايير فقيه للتوثيق في السجلات الطبية.
- إكمال ملخصات الخروج للمرضى المنومين باسمه والتوقيع عليها في الوقت المناسب، والتأكد من تقديم تعليمات الخروج والتثقيف بشأن الأدوية المنزلية قبل خروج المريض.
- القيام بواجبات المنشأة الصحية والاستجابة للاتصالات وفق جدول المناوبات الخاص بالقسم.
- حضور اجتماعات القسم والاجتماعات العامة للكادر، والمساهمة بأفكار لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية ورضا المرضى.
- كتابة التقارير الطبية للمرضى في الوقت المناسب وفق صيغة فقيه للرعاية.
- المشاركة في الجولات التعليمية والأنشطة التدريسية بناءً على طلب رئيس القسم الطبي.
- تثقيف المرضى وذويهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند إليه ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- مسؤوليات عامة لجميع موظفي فقيه للرعاية الصحية: تنفيذ المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، والالتزام بسياسات الأمن السيبراني والمشاركة في برامج التوعية به، والالتزام بقواعد السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإكمال التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهائه بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إكمال الخبرة وفق متطلبات هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية في مجال التخصص، ضمن مراكز طبية معتمدة.
- إكمال تدريب منظم في مجال التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق في مركز طبي معتمد، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية يمنحها المركز في هذا التخصص.
- إجادة تامة للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- رخصة مزاولة المهنة وفق متطلبات هيئة التنظيم الصحي الإقليمية، مثل SCFHS أو DHA، وشهادة BLS والرخصة المتقدمة إن وُجدت.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وذويهم والأطباء والكادر غير الطبي.
- مهارات استخدام برامج Microsoft.
- مهارات تنظيم جيدة والقدرة على العمل في ظروف الضغط العالي.

Description
Job Purpose:

Skills and Abilities:
Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
Education
Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
Job Purpose:
Performs assessment and management of patients with an evidence-based approach, according to standards of care, and in compliance with Fakeeh Care bylaws, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Performs clinical duties as per his / her assigned clinical privileges.
- Assesses his / her patients thoroughly (eg. clinical, socioeconomic, psychological and functional assessments) and documents patients' assessment in patients' medical records.
- Develops a plan of care for patients using an evidence-based approach and following standards of care, and documents the plan of care in patients’ medical record.
- Ensures that patients’ plan of care that is put by him/her is being implemented in a timely manner.
- Becomes the most responsible physician (MRP) for inpatients admitted under his / her name.
- For inpatients admitted under his / her name, develops discharge plan on day of admission and involves discharge-planning service as early as possible if warranted.
- Assesses inpatients that are admitted under his / her name at least once daily and ensures documentation of daily assessment and plan of care in daily progress notes using SOAP format.
- Responds to medical consultations in timely manner.
- Documents medical interventions that he / she performs on patients in a timely manner.
- Strictly follows Fakeeh care standards for documentation in medical records
- Responsible for timely completion and authentication of discharge summaries for patients admitted under his / her name. Also responsible for ensuring that indicated discharge instructions and education on take home medications is done prior to patients discharge.
- Attends to Fakeeh Health Care facility duties and responds to calls from the facility as per the departmental / section call schedule.
- Attends departmental and general staff meetings and contributes ideas for improving efficiency, productivity and patient satisfaction.
- Responsible for writing medical reports of his / her patients in a timely manner an das per Fakeeh care format
- Contributes to teaching rounds and teaching activities as requested by chairperson of medical department.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
