تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية في منطقة مكة المكرمة عن حاجتها إلى تقني أشعة (CT - MRI - Nuclear Medicine - Radiology Technologist).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إجراء فحوصات الأشعة المقطعية (CT) والرنين المغناطيسي (MRI)، ومساعدة أخصائيي الأشعة في الإجراءات المتخصصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات CT و MRI الروتينية وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة في القسم.
- المساعدة في تنفيذ الإجراءات المتخصصة تحت إشراف الكوادر الأولى.
- التحقق بدقة من هوية المريض ومنطقة الفحص قبل كل فحص.
- التأكد من سؤال المريضات أو مرافقاتهن عن احتمال الحمل قبل الفحص.
- تطبيق ومراقبة إجراءات السلامة من الإشعاع لضمان سلامة المرضى والكوادر والزوار مع الالتزام الكامل بها.
- في فحوصات CT: إزالة جميع المواد المعتمة للأشعة من المريض أو من طاولة الفحص التي قد تؤثر على جودة الصورة.
- في فحوصات MRI: تذكير المريض بأي أجسام مغناطيسية حديدية قد تسبب ضرراً أو تتأثر بالمجال المغناطيسي.
- الإلمام بتقنيات التعقيم والممارسات المعقمة والمعدات والإجراءات التمريضية اللازمة في مجال CT و MRI.
- فحص جميع المعدات تحت مسؤوليته بشكل يومي منتظم والتأكد من نظافتها.
- توعية المرضى وأسرهم بالحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية عند الحاجة.
- أي مهام أخرى ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
- الالتزام بمبادئ التحسين المستمر، بما في ذلك تنفيذ المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص لدى فقيه، والمساهمة الفاعلة في مبادرات التحسين ضمن نطاق الدور، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والسعي لمعالجة مخاوف السلامة المتعلقة بالعمل.
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يطلع عليها أو يصادفها أثناء العمل.
- الالتزام بسياسات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني للحفاظ على أنظمة الشركة، والمشاركة في برامج التوعية ومبادرات الوقاية من التهديدات السيبرانية.
- الالتزام بمدونة السلوك وسياسات الشركة والمعايير الأخلاقية.
- إتمام التعليم الإلزامي المطلوب قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الخبرة: أن يكون لديه ممارسة إشعاعية جيدة ومستمرة، وخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين بعد الدبلوم.
- المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم في تقنية الأشعة أو ما يعادله، أو درجة البكالوريوس المناسبة.
- اللغة: إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية محادثةً وكتابةً، والمعرفة بالعربية مفضلة.
- التراخيص والشهادات: ترخيص لممارسة المهنة من الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة، مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) أو هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع الأطباء والكوادر غير الطبية والمرضى وذويهم.

Description
Job Purpose:
Performs CT and MRI examinations and assist the radiologists in doing special procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to clearly communicate with physicians, non-medical staff, patients and their families
Experience
Must be in continuous good radiological practice and should hold at least 2 years’ post-diploma experience
Education
Must hold an appropriate radiographic/technological diplomas / Bachelor degree
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable
Licenses / Certifications
License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA),
Job Purpose:
Performs CT and MRI examinations and assist the radiologists in doing special procedures.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Carries out routine CT - MRI examinations in line with the agreed policies and procedures of the department.
- Assists in carrying out specialized procedures under the supervision of Senior Staff.
- Responsible for correct identification of patients and site of study before each examination.
- Responsible for final reminder of female patients or female companion for the possibility of being pregnant or not.
- Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors in full compliance.
- In CT, removes all radio-opaque materials from patient or table that could interfere with radiographic image.
- In MRI, should remind the patient of any Ferro-magnetic objects that might cause harm or be affected by the magnetic field.
- Be Knowledgeable in all sterile, aseptic techniques and equipment and nursing procedure necessary in the area of CT - MRI.
- Inspects all equipment under his or her control on a regular daily basis and ensures that the equipment is kept clean.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
