تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة أخصائي منتجات (Product Specialist) في مكة جدة، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تنفيذ أنظمة الأعمال المؤسسية وتهيئتها وصيانتها ودعمها ومراقبتها وتطويرها، بما في ذلك أنظمة الموارد البشرية والمالية وسلسلة الإمداد، وأنظمة إدارة الخدمات، وأنظمة إدارة المشاريع، وأنظمة إدارة المحتوى والوثائق، ومنصات التعاون، وغيرها من حلول الأعمال المؤسسية، بما يضمن ملاءمتها للغرض المحدد لها، وموثوقيتها وكفاءتها وفعاليتها وأمنها، وتحقيق الفوائد المرجوة منها للمنظمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد للمستخدمين النهائيين حول الاستخدام الفعال لأنظمة الأعمال وإدارتها.
- إدارة أنظمة ERP وصيانتها في وحدات أعمال فقيه للرعاية الصحية.
- دعم عدة مشاريع أو مهام ضمن النطاق المسند من محفظة ERP وأنظمة الأعمال ذات الصلة.
- ضمان توافق أنظمة الأعمال مع أفضل الممارسات ذات الصلة، والمتطلبات التنظيمية، ومعايير البنية المؤسسية، وبرامج الحوكمة، وسياسات الأمن السيبراني.
- إدارة التعامل مع مزودي الخدمات المتعاقد معهم لدعم أنظمة الأعمال أو الخدمات المدارة أو الخدمات المهنية، لضمان تقديم الخدمة ضمن النطاق والوقت والتكلفة والجودة المستهدفة.
- التحقيق في الحوادث المتعلقة بأنظمة الأعمال وحلها، وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة لدى المنظمة.
- تنفيذ طلبات الخدمة المتعلقة بأنظمة الأعمال، وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة لدى المنظمة.
- تقييم طلبات الاحتياجات التقنية المتعلقة بأنظمة الأعمال ومعالجتها، ودعم تنفيذ المعتمد منها، وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة، وباتباع إطار إدارة مشاريع تقنية المعلومات لدى المنظمة.
- توجيه الزملاء الأقل خبرة وإرشادهم.
- تطوير خطط تنفيذ الأنظمand التطبيقات الجديدة، والنصوص البرمجية المخصصة، وإجراءات الاختبار، لضمان الموثوقية التشغيلية.
- المراقبة المستمرة لأداء الأنظمة والشبكات وتوافرها، لضمان التشغيل الكفء والفعال.
- تخطيط واختبار وتنفيذ ترقيات أنظمة المعلومات.
- دمج تطبيقات البرمجيات الجديدة في الأنظمة القائمة.
- الإشراف على مديري الأنظمة وتوجيههم، والتنسيق مع الجهات المختلفة لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
- ضمان دمج التطبيقات الجديدة ونشرها بكفاءة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
- الحفاظ على التوثيق الفني المحدث، مع تنظيمه وإتاحته للرجوع إليه مستقبلاً.
- تطوير إجراءات النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث وتنفيذها لحماية البيانات والأنظمة.
- تطوير إجراءات الحفاظ على الأمن وحماية الأنظمة من الاستخدام غير المصرح به والكوارث الطبيعية وإساءة استخدام المستخدمين.
- تطوير الأدوات والإجراءات والجلسات التدريبية لفرق التشغيل ودعم العملاء وتطوير الأنظمة لمساعدتهم في أداء أعمالهم.
- تثبيت الخوادم وأنظمة تخزين البيانات وإعدادها وصيانتها.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق وتثقيف المستخدمين حول أفضل ممارسات إدارة الأنظمة.
- متابعة التقنيات الناشئة وأفضل ممارسات إدارة الأنظمة باستمرار لتحقيق التحسين المستمر.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تنفيذ أنظمة ERP أو إدارتها أو في دور ذي صلة.
- إدارة وتنفيذ دورة حياة كاملة لخمسة مشاريع ERP شاملة على الأقل، مع خبرة واسعة في قيادة رسم العمليات التجارية وتحسين سير العمل عبر وحدات المالية وسلسلة الإمداد وإدارة الموارد البشرية ضمن نظام ERP.
- تنفيذ خمسة مشاريع تطبيق كاملة الدورة على الأقل ضمن أنظمة ERP.
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية، تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- شهادة SCE، والشهادات المهنية في حلول الأعمال المؤسسية (مثل شهادة ERP من Oracle OCP) مرغوبة بشدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإدارة أنظمة التشغيل المعقدة.
- القدرة على تصميم الأنظمة الحيوية المهمة وتنفيذها وصيانتها.
- خبرة في مراقبة أداء الأنظمة وتوافرها.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات لمعالجة التحديات التقنية المعقدة.
- مهارات متميزة في التوثيق والتنظيم للحفاظ على السجلات الفنية.
