تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة أخصائي أمراض الكلى (Nephrology - Specialist) في منطقة المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الرعاية الطبية للمرضى وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة، وبما يتوافق مع معايير الرعاية وسياسات Fakeeh Care وإجراءاتها.
- توثيق جميع الرعاية المقدمة وفق سياسات Fakeeh Care وإجراءات التوثيق المعتمدة.
- تثقيف المرضى والتواصل معهم بفعالية، وذلك بالتعاون مع الطبيب المعالج للمرضى المنومين.
- إجراء الإجراءات الطبية أو الجراحية أو المساعدة في إجرائها وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
- تزويد المرضى بالتقارير الطبية المطلوبة في الوقت المناسب وبحسب نموذج Fakeeh Care.
- حضور الاجتماعات القسمية والأنشطة العلمية، والمساهمة في تدريس الأطباء الأصغر وتدريبهم.
- فهم سياسات Fakeeh Care وإجراءاتها بشكل شامل والمشاركة الفعالة في تطبيقها.
- تثقيف المرضى وذويهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.
- أي مهام أخرى تُسند ضمن نطاق المسؤولية ومتطلبات الوظيفة.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر، وتنفيذ المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص (Person-Centered Care).
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والمبادرة إلى معالجة أي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة المهنية.
- الحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات الحساسة التي يطلع عليها الموظف أثناء العمل.
- الالتزام بمدونة السلوك وسياسات Fakeeh Care والمعايير الأخلاقية والتمسك بها.
- إكمال التعليم الإلزامي وفق المتطلبات قبل انتهائه بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الخبرة: إتمام الخبرة المطلوبة وفق متطلبات الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة، ضمن التخصص، في مراكز طبية معترف بها.
- المؤهل العلمي: البورد (Board) أو الزمالة (Fellowship) أو الماجستير (Master)، أو إتمام التدريب المنظم في التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق في مركز طبي معترف به، والحصول على أعلى درجة سريرية في التخصص يمنحها ذلك المركز.
- التراخيص والشهادات: ترخيص مزاولة المهنة وفق الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة (مثل SCFHS / DHA)، وشهادة BLS، والترخيص المتقدم إن وُجد ما يقتضيه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل بوضوح مع المرضى وذويهم والأطباء والكادر غير الطبي.
- مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي ببرامج Microsoft.
- مهارات تنظيم جيدة، والقدرة على العمل في ظروف الضغط العالي.

Key Responsibilities And Duties:
- Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
- Documents all provided care as per Fakeeh care documentation policies and procedures
- Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with the attending physician for in-patients.
- Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
- Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner and as per Fakeeh care format.
- Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities and contributes to the teaching and training of juniors.
- Develops a thorough understanding of Fakeeh Care policies and procedures and effectively participates in their execution.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Job Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians
- and non-medical staff.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
- Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
- Board / Fellowship / Master.
- License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
- Microsoft computer skills.
- Should have good organization skills and be able to work in high stress situations.
- Completion of experience according to the regional health regulatory authority
- (as mentioned in education) within the field of specialty, in recognized medical centers.
- Completion of structured training in the field of specialty or subspecialty in a
- recognized medical center, and obtaining the highest clinical degree in that field of specialty that can be granted by that medical center.
- License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS /DHA), BLS and advanced license if applicable.
