تعلن شركة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن وظيفة صيدلي عيادات خارجية (Outpatient Pharmacist) في منطقة الرياض. يتولى الصيدلي صرف الأدوية التي يصفها الأطباء المعتمدون، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة والجودة وضمان سرعة الإجراءات وتحقيق أعلى مستويات رضا المرضى.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة الوصفات الطبية للأطباء وتفسيرها وتوضيحها، والتحقق من الجرعات والمدة، وفحص التداخلات الدوائية المحتملة والدواعي السريرية، والتواصل مع الطبيب عند وجود أي غموض أو تحفظ.
- الإشراف على تحضير الأدوية المعتمدة، وإجراء التدقيق المزدوج ومراجعة البطاقات والملصقات قبل الصرف.
- حساب كمية الدواء المطلوب صرفها بناءً على وزن المريض وعمره.
- إدخال الوصفات الخارجية أو الطلبات في نظام CPOE الخاص بنظام المعلومات الصحية لفقيه قبل الصرف.
- استدعاء المرضى إلى نوافذ الصرف في الوقت المناسب، والعمل على تقليل مدة انتظارهم إلى الحد الأدنى.
- تقديم الإرشاد للمرضى ومقدمي الرعاية حول الاستخدام الصحيح والآمن للأدوية والتخزين والتداخلات وغيرها.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات سلامة الأدوية عند الصرف.
- إدارة مخزون الأدوية وتأمينها، وحفظ السجلات، والتخزين الآمن للمخدرات والأدوية الخاضعة للرقابة.
- تحديد الأدوية قريبة الانتهاء والتعامل معها وفقاً لسياسات فقيه، وعدم صرف أي دواء بعد تاريخ انتهاء صلاحيته أبداً.
- إتمام احتساب فواتير المرضى مقابل الأدوية المصروفة بشكل صحيح.
- إظهار المعرفة بالتخزين والتعامل الصحيح مع المواد الخطرة في مكان العمل، وإجراءات الإسعافات الأولية اللازمة عند التعرض العرضي لها.
- إظهار المعرفة والمهارة في استخدام قائمة الأدوية المعتمدة (Formulary)، وتحديد البدائل الدوائية الجنيسة، ومعرفة دواعي الاستخدام ودور حدود التحمل المالي وتطبيق قيود كميات الوصفات.
- الالتزام التام بمعايير مكافحة العدوى والوقاية منها الحالية عند التعامل مع الأدوية وتحضير محاليل IV وTPN.
- المساهمة في تدريب وتأهيل الصيادلة الجدد والطلاب والمتدربين.
- إظهار المعرفة بالأدوية الشائعة التي تُصرف دون وصفة طبية (OTC).
- رفع التقارير إلى مشرف أو مدير الصيدلية، وتسجيل أي خطأ دوائي أو تفاعل دوائي ضار (ADR) عبر نظام OVR.
- حضور برامج التعليم المستمر للحفاظ على الخبرة في مجال الصيدلة والترخيص المطلوب.
- الالتحاق ببرنامج التعليم المستمر في ممارسات إدارة الأدوية والأدوية عالية الخطورة والأخطاء الدوائية وغيرها.
- توعية المرضى وأسرهم بالحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية عند الاقتضاء.
- مسؤوليات عامة لجميع موظفي فقيه: أداء المهام بما يدعم قيم الرعاية المتمحورة حول الشخص، والمساهمة الفعالة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ضمن نطاق الوظيفة، والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والإبلاغ عن مخاوف السلامة المرتبطة بالعمل، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة، والالتزام بسياسات الأمن السيبراني والمشاركة في برامج التوعية بها، والالتزام بمدونة السلوك والسياسات والمعايير الأخلاقية، وإتمام التعليم الإلزامي قبل انتهاء صلاحيته بشهر على الأقل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في بيئة صيدلية المستشفيات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
- إتقان المهارات الشفهية والكتابية في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- ترخيص لممارسة المهنة وفق الجهة الصحية التنظيمية في المنطقة، مثل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) أو هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة في برامج التطبيقات مثل Microsoft Word وExcel.
- السعي المستمر لتطوير المهارات المهنية من خلال التدريب والخبرة المناسبة.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy.

Job Purpose:
Dispenses medications ordered by privileged physicians while observing at all times highest standards of safety and quality and ensuring prompt seamless process that is conducive to highest patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Reviews, interprets, clarifies doctor’s medications orders and verifies all orders doses, duration and checks for potential drug-to-drug interaction and clinical indication. Communicates with ordering doctor in case of any ambiguity or concern.
- Oversees the preparation of the verified medications, performs double-checking and review of proper labeling for the prepared medications and then dispenses.
- Calculates the amount of the drug product to dispense for a prescription based upon body weight and patient age.
- Performs computer entry of outside prescriptions or orders into CPOE of Fakeeh Care HIS before dispensing.
- Ensures prompt and timely calling of patients to dispensing windows and aims at reducing patients waiting time to the minimum possible.
- Counsels the patients and caregivers on the proper & safe use of medication, storage, and interactions, etc.
- Follows all medication safety procedures when dispensing medications.
- Maintains inventory control & security of all drugs, record keeping and secured storage of narcotics and controlled medications.
- Identifies and appropriately handles the nearly expired medications according to Fakeeh Care policies and NEVER dispenses a medication beyond its expiry date.
- Properly completes charging of patients for dispensed medications.
- Demonstrates knowledge of proper storage & handling of hazardous materials found in her/him workplace, as well as first aid measures necessary for accidental exposure.
- Demonstrates knowledge & skills in utilizing formulary, identifications of generic substitution, indication and the role of deductible limits and application of prescription quantity limitations.
- Practices and fully complies with current infection prevention and control standards when handling medications and preparing IV and TPN formulas.
- Contributes to training and induction orientation for newly hired pharmacists and students and trainees.
- Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used over the counter (OTC) drugs.
- Reports to pharmacy supervisor/ manager and enters on OVR any encountered medication error or ADR.
- Attends continuing education programs to maintain expertise in pharmacy and required licensure.
- Ensures Enrollment in continuous education program regarding medication management practices, high risk medications, medication errors and others.
- Educates patients and their families about health conditions, treatments and preventative measures if applicable.
- Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
- Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities:
- Competent computer skills with software applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel.
