- المسؤولية الرئيسية لوظيفة أخصائي التخليص الجمركي هي إدارة وثائق وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الدولية، والتنسيق مع السلطات الجمركية والناقلين والأطراف الأخرى لضمان التخليص في الوقت المناسب وتقليل التأخير، مع استكمال جميع المستندات اللازمة بشكل صحيح، والبقاء على اطلاع دائم باللوائح الجمركية وقوانين التجارة لضمان امتثال المنشأة للقواعد المحلية والدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد ومعالجة جميع وثائق التخليص الجمركي بما في ذلك الإقرارات الجمركية للاستيراد/التصدير والفواتير التجارية وسندات الشحن وشهادات المنشأ وغيرها من المستندات ذات الصلة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح الجمركية واتفاقيات التجارة المطبقة وكذلك سياسات الشركة.
- تقديم الإقرارات الجمركية للسلطات الجمركية وضمان التخليص في الوقت المناسب لتجنب التأخير أو الغرامات.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين السلطات الجمركية وشركات الشحن والشركة لحل أي مشكلات أو تباينات جمركية.
- حساب والتحقق من الرسوم الجمركية والتعريفات والضرائب مع ضمان الدقة وتقليل التكاليف.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لجميع المستندات والمعاملات الجمركية.
- معالجة وحل أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات تتعلق بالتخليص الجمركي بما في ذلك العمل مع مخلصي الجمارك أو مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين.
- تقديم التوجيه والإرشاد للفرق الداخلية أو العملاء بشأن لوائح الاستيراد/التصدير وتصنيف البضائع ومتطلبات التوثيق.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة في عملية التخليص الجمركي مثل عدم الامتثال أو التأخيرات واتخاذ إجراءات استباقية للتخفيف من هذه المخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل في تخصص اللوجستيات وإدارة سلسلة التوريد.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في التخليص الجمركي أو الشحن عبر الحدود (Cross Border).
- خبرة أو اطلاع على مجال الخدمات اللوجستية والتجارة الإلكترونية (مفضل).
المهارات المطلوبة
- روح الفريق ومهارات شخصية قوية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة مهنية سريعة الوتيرة.

Role Summary: The primary role of the Customs Clearance Specialist is you will manage the customs documentation and compliance processes for international shipments. You will coordinate with customs authorities, carriers, and other parties to ensure timely clearance of goods, minimizing delays and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed. You will also stay updated on customs regulations and trade laws to ensure the business remains compliant with local and international trade rules.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customs Documentation: Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations, commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements, as well as company policies
- Customs Clearance Process: Submit customs declarations to customs authorities and ensure timely clearance of goods to avoid delays or fines
- Liaison with Customs Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities, shipping companies, and the company to resolve any customs issues or discrepancies
- Tariff Classification & Duties: Calculate and verify customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing costs
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs documents and transactions
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, including working with customs brokers or third-party service providers
- Consultation & Advice: Provide guidance to internal teams or clients regarding import/export regulations, classification of goods, and documentation requirements
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management
- Minimum 4 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience required
- Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred
- Team Player, strong interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and professional environment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Knowledge in strategic planning
- Flexibility and willingness to do physical work and rotational shifts
