Swenta is seeking two qualified and experienced Finance & Audit Support Professionals for a short-term assignment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial reporting, account reconciliations, audit preparation, and external audit coordination, preferably with experience gained through Big Four accounting firms.

The selected candidates will support the finance function by preparing audit documentation, coordinating with external auditors, resolving audit queries, and ensuring the timely completion of audit-related activities.

• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and detailed audit working papers.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide the required financial information and supporting records.
• Respond to audit queries, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
• Perform account reconciliations and review financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain organized audit documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to facilitate audit procedures and meet reporting deadlines.
• Support other finance and audit-related activities as required during the assignment.

• Qualified ACCA, CPA, or SOCPA professional, or a part-qualified CA.
• Completion of articles or professional training with a Big Four accounting firm is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and external audit support.
• Proven ability to prepare audit schedules, working papers, and supporting financial documentation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, audit procedures, and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Candidates must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or available to work on-site in Riyadh for the assignment.

• Duration: 3-4 months
• Monthly Salary: Up to SAR 10,000 per person, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
