المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الوظيفي لحلول SAP Finance
- استكشاف المشكلات وحل أعطال النظام والحوادث وطلبات المستخدمين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة
- دعم المستخدمين النهائيين من خلال التدريب والإرشاد والدعم المستمر للتطبيقات
- تحليل متطلبات الأعمال وتنفيذ تحسينات النظام وتطوير العمليات
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار وتطوير RICEFW وترحيل البيانات وإصدارات النظام
- ضمان التكامل الفعال بين SAP Finance والحلول ذات الصلة
- المساهمة في دعم ما بعد التشغيل واستقرار النظام ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تنفيذ ودعم حلول SAP S/4HANA Finance بنجاح
- خلفية قوية في المالية والمحاسبة
- خبرة عملية مع العمل في صناعات مختلفة
- شهادة SAP S/4HANA Finance
- درجة البكالوريوس

- Support end users through training, guidance, and ongoing application support
- Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements and process improvements

- Ensure effective integration between SAP Finance and related solutions
- Contribute to post-go-live support, system stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum of 4 years of experience successfully implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Strong finance/accounting background
- Hands-on experience and worked in different industries.
- SAPS/4HANA Finance certification
- Bachelor's degree
