We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for automotive radiator and cooling system components. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical drafting, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed drawings for automotive radiators, cooling systems, and related components.
• Prepare fabrication, assembly, and component drawings with accurate dimensions and tolerances.
• Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure drawing accuracy and manufacturability.
• Revise drawings based on engineering changes and production requirements.
• Maintain drawing records, revision histories, and technical documentation.
• Support the engineering team in resolving drawing-related production issues.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman, preferably in automotive or radiator manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, assembly drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Automotive radiator and heat exchanger manufacturing.
• Aluminium or copper/brass radiator production.
• Automotive component manufacturing and sheet metal fabrication.
