المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير واختبار وصيانة برامج PLC ووحدات الوظائف وهياكل البيانات لوحدات مجموعة الدفع والبطارية عالية الجهد وفقاً لمعايير الترميز والعلامات والإنذارات والتشخيص والتوثيق المعتمدة.
- التحكم في جميع تغييرات البرامج من خلال النسخ الاحتياطي وتقييم الأثر/المخاطر ومراجعة الأقران والموافقة والتحقق وسجل المراجعة والتجهيز للتراجع والأرشفة بعد التغيير.
- استكشاف أعطال PLC والإدخال/الإخراج والتسلسل والترابط والدوائر الكهربائية والشبكات ودوائر السلامة وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية الدائمة والحفاظ على النسخ الاحتياطية والرسومات وسجلات التغيير الحالية.
- تنفيذ اختبار القبول في المصنع (FAT) واختبار القبول في الموقع (SAT) لأنظمة التحكم بما في ذلك الإدخال/الإخراج ومنطق التسلسل والأذونات والإنترلوك والإنذارات والاسترداد/إعادة التشغيل ووظائف السلامة وأداء الدورة وواجهات البيانات؛ مراجعة مخرجات التحكم الموردة مقابل مواصفات AMP-2.
- إدارة إغلاق قائمة النقاط المعلقة الخاصة بالتحكم، وإعادة اختبار المورد، وأدلة القبول، ودعم إطلاق الإنتاج، والتسليم النهائي للكود والمعايير والتراخيص والنسخ الاحتياطية والرسومات والأدلة وسجلات التدريب.
- تطوير شاشات HMI/SCADA/Ignition والإنذارات والأحداث والتشخيص وحالات المعدات وإرشادات الاسترداد وعلامات المؤرخ لتحسين استكشاف الأعطال ومتوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR).
- دمج PLC مع MES/APM/LMIS باستخدام العلامات المعتمدة و OPC-UA والمصافحة والرسائل؛ التحقق من حالات الماكينة والإحصائيات والرفض ونتائج الجودة والتوقف والمعاملات التسلسلية ونسب الأصول وإمكانية التتبع من البداية إلى النهاية.
- حل مشكلات الواجهة وجودة البيانات مع التصنيع والجودة وتقنية المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل و MES والموردين؛ الحفاظ على قوالب التكامل القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وبيانات المحطة الدقيقة.
- تكوين واستكشاف أخطاء شبكات EtherNet/IP والمفاتيح المُدارة والعناوين واتصالات الأجهزة الميدانية.
- اتباع إجراءات الأمن السيبراني لتقنية التشغيل (OT) والبرامج/البرامج الثابتة المعتمدة والوصول المستند إلى الأدوار والنسخ الاحتياطية الآمنة والتجزئة والحسابات وتصعيد الحوادث واختبار استرداد التحكم.
- نشر واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة الرؤية مثل Cognex أو Keyence أو ما يعادلها للفحص والتوجيه والتحقق من الملصقات ومنع الأخطاء والتتبع؛ دعم خلايا روبوتات FANUC على مستوى PLC/الإدخال/الإخراج والمصافحة والسلامة والاسترداد والدورة.
- تشغيل واستكشاف أخطاء محركات التردد المتغير ومحركات السيرفو والمشفّرات والتحديد/الرجوع إلى الصفر والمشغلات وواجهات التحكم للتثبيت والضغط واختبار التسرب والتوزيع والوسم والباركود/RFID والاختبار الكهربائي ومناولة المواد والناقلات وربط الأجزاء.
- دعم تغييرات PLC الخاصة بالسلامة والتحقق منها بموجب معايير ISO 13849/IEC 62061؛ الامتثال لمتطلبات SASO والعمالة السعودية و IEC 60204 وإجراءات القفل/الوسم للطاقة المخزنة في الماكينة والعمل الكهربائي الآمن وقفل التيار العالي/دائرة قفل التيار العالي (HV LOTO/HVIL) ومعدات الحماية الشخصية.
- تقديم دعم التحكم من بدء التشغيل إلى الإنتاج المستدام؛ تحليل التوقف والتوقفات المتكررة والإنذارات المزعجة وفقدان الدورة وأخطاء الاتصال وتأخير الاسترداد، ثم التحقق من الإجراءات المضادة الدائمة.
- المساهمة في مهام الصيانة الوقائية/الصيانة القائمة على الحالة (PM/CBM) وقطع الغيار الحيوية واستراتيجية النسخ الاحتياطي والتخطيط للإهمال؛ دعم الإطلاق الآمن والتشغيل بالمعدل والتحقق من السعة ومراجعات الجاهزية و LPA/تأكيد العملية وإغلاق QRQC/RCCA.
- تقديم تدريب منظم أثناء العمل (OJT) وتقييم عملي وتطور الكفاءة ومواد تدريبية وأدلة استكشاف الأعطال ومصفوفات وخطط تدريب للمهندسين والفنيين السعوديين.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والصيانة وهندسة التصنيع والجودة والبيئة والصحة والسلامة وتقنية المعلومات/تقنية التشغيل و MES والموردين والفرق التقنية العالمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية في Siemens TIA Portal و Rockwell Studio 5000؛ القدرة على دعم البيئات متعددة المنصات و PLCs السلامة المرتبطة بها.
- HMI/SCADA/Ignition والإنذارات والمؤرخ والتشخيص و FAT/SAT وفحص الإدخال/الإخراج والتشغيل وإغلاق قائمة النقاط المعلقة وتسليم الإنتاج.
- استكشاف أخطاء الشبكات الصناعية: Profinet و EtherNet/IP و Modbus TCP و OPC-UA وتكامل PLC/MES وانضباط الأمن السيبراني لتقنية التشغيل.
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الكهربائية/الإدخال/الإخراج/الشبكة ولوحات التحكم ودوائر السلامة؛ مهارات قوية في تحليل السبب الجذري المنظم والتوثيق والتحقق من الإجراءات المضادة.
- تنفيذ ذاتي التوجيه عبر التشغيل ودعم الإنتاج؛ تواصل فعال في بيئات متعددة الثقافات وثنائية اللغة (الإنجليزية/العربية).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو التحكم أو الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو تخصص ذي صلة وثيقة.
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية في الأتمتة المنفصلة القائمة على PLC.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير PLC/HMI بالإضافة إلى تشغيل المعدات و FAT/SAT والإطلاق أو زيادة الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة.
- القدرة على استكشاف المخططات الكهربائية والإدخال/الإخراج والشبكات واللوحات ودوائر السلامة وأعطال التحكم المعقدة باستخدام تحليل السبب الجذري المنظم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة كمحترف.
- القدرة على العمل بأمان حول المعدات الآلية والروبوتات والأنظمة الكهربائية والعمليات عالية الجهد ضمن التصريح المحدد.
- يفضل خبرة في السلامة الوظيفية، أو الإطلاق في مصنع جديد، أو الإطلاق الآمن/التشغيل بالمعدل، أو زيادة الإنتاج بكميات كبيرة، أو تطوير كفاءة المهندسين والفنيين المنظم.
- خبرة في صناعة السيارات، أو السيارات الكهربائية، أو البطاريات، أو مجموعة نقل الحركة، أو التصنيع المتقدم المماثل.
- يفضل خبرة في معدات مجموعة نقل الحركة بما في ذلك التثبيت والضغط واختبار التسرب والتوزيع والوسم والاختبار الكهربائي ومناولة المواد.

Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming, Standards & Change Governance
- Develop, test, and sustain PLC programs, function blocks/AOIs, data structures, and interfaces for DU and HV Battery equipment using approved coding, tag, alarm, diagnostic, and documentation standards.
- Control all software changes through backup, impact/risk assessment, peer review, approval, validation, revision history, rollback readiness, and post-change archive.
- Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, sequencing, interlock, electrical, network, and safety-circuit faults; complete RCA, permanent corrective action, and current backups/drawings/change records.
- Launch, FAT/SAT & Equipment Acceptance
- Execute controls FAT/SAT covering I/O, sequence logic, permissive, interlocks, alarms, recovery/restart, safety functions, cycle performance, and data interfaces; review supplier controls deliverables against AMP-2 specifications.
- Own assigned controls punch-list closure, supplier retest, acceptance evidence, production-release support, and final handover of as-built code, parameters, licenses, backups, drawings, manuals, and training records.
- HMI/SCADA, MES/APM & Traceability
- Develop HMI/SCADA screens, alarms, events, diagnostics, equipment states, recovery guidance, and historian tags that improve troubleshooting and MTTR.
- Integrate PLCs with MES/APM/LMIS using approved tags, OPC-UA, handshakes, and messaging; validate machine states, counts, rejects, quality results, downtime, serial transactions, genealogy, and traceability end to end.
- Resolve interface and data-quality issues with Manufacturing, Quality, IT/OT, MES, and suppliers; maintain reusable integration templates and accurate station data.
- Networks, OT Cybersecurity & Recovery
- Configure and troubleshoot EtherNet/IP, managed switches, addressing, and field-device communications.
- Follow OT cybersecurity, approved software/firmware, role-based access, secure backups, segmentation, accounts, incident escalation, and controls recovery testing.
- Vision, Robotics, Motion & Powertrain Interfaces
- Deploy and troubleshoot vision systems like Cognex, Keyence or equivalent vision for inspection, orientation, label verification, error-proofing, and traceability; support FANUC Robots cells at PLC/I/O, handshake, safety, recovery, and cycle level.
- Commission and troubleshoot VFDs, servos, encoders, positioning/homing, actuators, and controls interfaces for fastening, pressing, leak test, dispensing, marking, barcode/RFID, electrical test, material handling, conveyors, and part marriage.
- Safety, HV & Compliance
- Support safety PLC changes and validation under ISO 13849/IEC 62061 governance; comply with SASO, applicable Saudi labor requirements, IEC 60204, machine/stored-energy LOTO, electrical safe work, HV LOTO/HVIL, and PPE.
- Production Support, Reliability & Launch Governance
- Provide controls support from commissioning through sustaining production; analyze downtime, repeat stops, nuisance alarms, cycle loss, communication faults, and recovery delay, then verify permanent countermeasures.
- Contribute to PM/CBM tasks, critical spares, backup strategy, and obsolescence planning; support Safe Launch, run-at-rate, capacity verification, readiness reviews, LPA/Process Confirmation, and QRQC/RCCA closure.
- Saudization, Capability Transfer & Collaboration
- Deliver structured OJT, practical assessment, competency progression, training material, troubleshooting guides, matrices, and training plans for Saudi engineers/technicians.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT/OT, MES, suppliers, and global technical teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000; capable of supporting mixed-platform environments and associated safety PLCs.
- HMI/SCADA/Ignition, alarms, historian, diagnostics, FAT/SAT, I/O checkout, startup, punch-list closure, and production handover.
- Industrial-network troubleshooting: Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC-UA, PLC/MES integration, and OT cybersecurity discipline.
- Ability to interpret electrical/I/O/network drawings, control panels, and safety circuits; strong structured RCA, documentation, and countermeasure verification.
- Self-directed execution across commissioning and production support; effective communication in multicultural and bilingual English/Arabic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on PLC-based discrete automation
- Demonstrated PLC/HMI development plus equipment commissioning, FAT/SAT, launch, or high-volume ramp experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot schematics, I/O, networks, panels, safety circuits, and complex controls failures using structured RCA.
- Fluent professional in English
- Able to work safely around automated equipment, robots, electrical systems, and HV processes within assigned authorization.
- Functional safety, greenfield launch, Safe Launch/run-at-rate, high-volume ramp, and structured engineer/technician capability development.
- Automotive experience, EV, battery, powertrain, or comparable advanced manufacturing.
- Experience in Powertrain equipment exposure including fastening, pressing, leak test, dispensing, marking, electrical test, and material handling.
- Arabic language strongly preferred.
