تعلن مجموعة Keenfinity، وهي شركة عالمية رائدة في حلول الأمن والاتصالات، عن فرصة تدريب بمسمى متدرب عمليات الموارد البشرية (People Operations Intern) في مدينة الرياض، وتتيح للمتدرب دعم مبادرات الموارد البشرية المتعددة عبر عدة دول. تضم الشركة أكثر من 4000 موظف في أكثر من 50 دولة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تتيح هذه الفرصة اكتساب خبرة عملية في عمليات الموارد البشرية الدولية ومشاريع العمل متعدد الوظائف ضمن مؤسسة في نمو مستمر.
- تُصمَّم الفرصة لدعم تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية وهي موجهة للمواطنين السعوديين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة في مراجعة وإعادة تصميم إجراءات الموارد البشرية وسياساتها وممارساتها، وتحديد مجالات التحسين والتطوير.
- المساعدة في أعمال الإدارة الإدارية للموارد البشرية وعمليات الرواتب، وتولي مسؤولية مجال محدد.
- تسهيل أنشطة التوظيف من بدايتها إلى نهايتها.
- المساهمة في مشاريع متنوعة للموارد البشرية، مثل مبادرات مشاركة الموظفين وتجربة الموظف.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق المختلفة، ومنها المالية وتقنية المعلومات والعمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إنهاء درجة البكالوريوس حديثاً في الموارد البشرية أو علم النفس أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- أن يكون المتقدم من المواطنين السعوديين.
- يُشجَّع خريجو الجامعات حديثاً على التقديم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية ببرامج Microsoft Office (Excel وWord وPowerPoint).
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- استباقية ودقة في التفاصيل ورغبة في التعلم.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة دولية وتعاونية.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive People Operations Intern to join our team in Riyadh and support a range of exciting HR initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the review and redesign of various HR processes, policies, and practices, identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Assisting with HR administration and payroll processes while taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
- Facilitating end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Contributing to a variety of HR projects, such as employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Operation teams.
- Recently concluded a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.
