تبحث الشركة عن متدرب طموح ومبادر للانضمام إلى فريق عمليات الموارد البشرية ودعم مجموعة من مبادرات الموارد البشرية المتنوعة عبر عدة دول. توفر الفرصة تجربة عملية في عمليات الموارد البشرية الدولية وفي مشاريع متعددة الوظائف داخل مؤسسة في نمو مستمر. والفرصة موجهة للمواطنين السعوديين لدعم تطوير الكفاءات المحلية، ويُشجَّع حديثو التخرج على التقديم. تعمل الشركة في مجال حلول الأمن والاتصالات المبتكرة، ولديها أكثر من 4000 موظف في أكثر من 50 دولة، وتقوم قيمها على الثقة والتقدير والمساءلة، مع بيئة عمل تحترم التنوع وتشجع كل موظف على أن يكون نفسه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مراجعة وإعادة تصميم عدد من إجراءات الموارد البشرية وسياساتها وممارساتها، وتحديد مجالات التحسين والتطوير.
- المساعدة في أعمال إدارة الموارد البشرية وإجراءات الرواتب، مع تولي مسؤولية مجال محدد.
- تسهيل أنشطة التوظيف من بدايتها إلى نهايتها.
- المساهمة في عدد من مشاريع الموارد البشرية، مثل مبادرات مشاركة الموظفين وتجربة الموظف.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الأطراف المعنية في إدارات متعددة، بما فيها المالية وتقنية المعلومات والعمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إكمال درجة البكالوريوس حديثاً في الموارد البشرية أو علم النفس أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- أن يكون المتقدم من المواطنين السعوديين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة أساسية ببرنامج Microsoft Office (Excel وWord وPowerPoint).
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- مبادرة واهتمام بالتفاصيل ورغبة في التعلم.
- القدرة على العمل بارتياح في بيئة دولية وتعاونية.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive People Operations Intern to join our team in Riyadh and support a range of exciting HR initiatives across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the review and redesign of various HR processes, policies, and practices, identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Assisting with HR administration and payroll processes while taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
- Facilitating end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Contributing to a variety of HR projects, such as employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Operation teams.
- Recently concluded a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.
