Job Purpose

To supervise daily security operations across Azure’s residential communities, ensuring the safety of residents, employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining compliance with security procedures and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security guards and ensure adequate coverage across entrances, exits, access points, and common areas.
• Monitor daily security operations and ensure compliance with approved security procedures.
• Ensure proper access control for residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify risks and security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure incidents are reported and handled appropriately.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and resident complaints, coordinating with the relevant teams when required.
• Prepare daily reports, incident reports, shift handover reports, and security performance updates.
• Manage security staff schedules, attendance, shift assignments, and on-site discipline.
• Train and guide security personnel on access control, emergency response, customer service, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with Community Management, Facilities Management, and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Ensure security equipment and systems are maintained and operational.
• Identify security risks and recommend improvements to enhance the safety of residents and the community.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience in security operations, preferably in residential communities, hospitality, or large facilities.
• Previous experience supervising security guards and managing shift operations.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, incident management, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage security teams and respond effectively to operational incidents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security reporting systems.
• Good command of Arabic; English is reqaured.
• Must be a Saudi national.
