Esnad contracting company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source spare parts, equipment, tools, and maintenance materials from qualified suppliers.
• Request and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier records, procurement reports, and purchase order documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in spare parts, equipment, or MRO materials.
• Good knowledge of supplier management, quotation evaluation, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Good command of English.
