تعلن شركة Lenovo عن وظيفة أخصائي مشتريات / مشتري موقع (Purchasing Specialist / Site Buyer) في منطقة الرياض، وهي وظيفة مخصصة للمواطنين السعوديين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أوامر الشراء ووضعها ومتابعتها، والتنسيق مع الموردين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالطلبات والمدفوعات.
- تقديم تحديثات BSR اليومية للالتزام.
- متابعة الشحنات وتتبعها مع فريقي الخدمات اللوجستية والاستيراد والتصدير لدى المورد.
- العمل مع الفرق المتعددة الوظائف والموردين لحل مشكلات الشحن والمواد، بما يشمل فروقات الاستلام، وعدم تطابق الكميات، ومشكلات الجودة، وحالات RMA.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريقي GSM وGCM لحل مشكلات تخصيص المواد والإمداد والتسعير.
- دعم فريق المحاسبة والموردين في حل مشكلات الفواتير والمدفوعات.

Position Description
- PO Management : Place and manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and payment-related issues.
- BSR daily commit updates
- Shipment Management RMA: Shipment follow up and tracking along with logistic and import export team from supplier. Work with cross functions teams suppliers to resolve shipment and material issues, including receiving discrepancies, quantity mismatches, quality issues, and RMA cases.
- Work closely GSM GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
- Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations.
- At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience is required.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity.
