Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in King Abdullah Economic City, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience in alignment with Swot Hospitality’s concepts and standards. This role manages staff scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring that team members provide attentive customer service and uphold brand guidelines. The Retail Store Manager monitors inventory levels, merchandising, and store presentation, and applies retail loss prevention practices to protect assets and reduce shrinkage. They analyze sales reports, set targets, and implement initiatives to drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and support new product or concept launches. The role also involves coordinating with corporate and operations teams, handling customer feedback, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging guests, coaching team members, and collaborating with management.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staffing, inventory control, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage environments in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage performance, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, basic reporting tools, and Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
