تعلن شركة Carrier، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول المناخ والطاقة الذكية، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس مشاريع أول (Senior Project Engineer) للعمل في مكة المكرمة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى Carrier، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول المناخ والطاقة الذكية، إلى ابتكار حلول تحقق الراحة والسلامة والاستدامة للمباني والمجتمعات. ينضم مهندس المشاريع الأول إلى الفريق للمساهمة في تنفيذ حلول التكييف والتهوية والأنظمة الميكانيكية عالية الجودة التي تلبي الاحتياجات المتطورة للعملاء. يتولى المهندس إدارة مشاريع الاستبدال والتحديث (Retrofit) لأنظمة HVAC والأعمال الميكانيكية، من تقييم الموقع وإعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQ) وصولاً إلى المشتريات والتنفيذ والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي، بما يضمن التوافق مع المتطلبات الفنية والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة وتوقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مسوحات الموقع لمشاريع استبدال أنظمة HVAC والأعمال الميكانيكية، والتحقق من الظروف القائمة، وتحديد المتطلبات الفنية ونطاق العمل المطلوب.
- إعداد طلبات عروض أسعار (RFQ) شاملة تتضمن نطاق العمل، وجداول الكميات (BOQ)، والمتطلبات الفنية، والرسومات، والمعلومات ذات الصلة بالموقع.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على عروض أسعار متوافقة فنياً وتنافسية تجارياً وتقييمها.
- إدارة المشاريع المسندة طوال دورة حياتها، من تقييم الموقع والمشتريات إلى التنفيذ والاختبار والتشغيل وإزالة الملاحظات (Snag Clearance) والتسليم النهائي.
- مراجعة المستندات الفنية المقدمة، وعروض الأسعار، واختيار المعدات والمواد، وطرق العمل (Method Statements)، وعروض المقاولين من الباطن لضمان التوافق مع متطلبات المشروع.
- التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية لحل التحديات الفنية والمشكلات المرتبطة بالموقع.
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتكاليف والجودة والسلامة وتوريد المواد وتقدم العمل في الموقع، مع الاستباق في تحديد التأخيرات والمخاطر والآثار التجارية المحتملة.
- إعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمشروع، وتحديثات التقدم، وطلبات التعديل (Variation Requests)، والوثائق الفنية الداعمة.
- ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الفنية المعتمدة، والمتطلبات التعاقدية، وإجراءات الشركة، ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
- تنسيق أنشطة إغلاق المشروع، including التشغيل، وحل الملاحظات، ووثائق التسليم النهائي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع الأعمال الميكانيكية وHVAC، ويفضل أن تشمل استبدال المعدات والتحديث والمنشآت القائمة.
- خبرة قوية في مسوحات المواقع، واستبدال معدات HVAC، وإعداد طلبات عروض الأسعار، وإعداد جداول الكميات ونطاق العمل، والتقييم الفني، وتنفيذ المشاريع.
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة HVAC، including المبردات (Chillers)، ووحدات مناولة الهواء (AHUs)، ووحدات مراوح الملفات (FCUs)، والوحدات المجمعة (Packaged Units)، والمضخات، والمواسير، وقنوات الهواء (Ductwork)، وأنظمة التحكم، والأعمال الميكانيكية المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة مثبتة في التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع بشكل مستقل حتى مرحلة الاختبار والتشغيل وإغلاق الملاحظات والتسليم النهائي.
- القدرة على إعداد الوثائق الفنية وتقارير المشاريع وسجلات تقدم المشروع.

About The Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage HVAC and mechanical replacement and retrofit projects from initial site assessment and RFQ preparation through procurement, execution, testing and commissioning, and final handover. You will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with technical requirements, agreed schedules, budgets, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys for HVAC and mechanical replacement projects, verify existing conditions, identify technical requirements, and define the required scope of work.
- Prepare comprehensive Requests for Quotation (RFQs), including scope of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical requirements, drawings, and relevant site information.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate technically compliant and commercially competitive quotations.
- Manage assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initial site assessment and procurement to execution, testing and commissioning, snag clearance, and final handover.
- Review technical submittals, quotations, equipment and material selections, method statements, and subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and site-related issues.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, quality, safety, material deliveries, and site progress, proactively identifying potential delays, risks, and commercial impacts.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, variation requests, and supporting technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, contractual requirements, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including commissioning, snag resolution, and final handover documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical and HVAC projects, preferably involving equipment replacement, retrofit, and existing-facility projects.
- Strong experience in site surveys, HVAC equipment replacement, RFQ preparation, BOQ and scope development, technical evaluation, and project execution.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), packaged units, pumps, piping, ductwork, controls, and associated mechanical works.
- Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects through testing and commissioning, snag closure, and final handover.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, project reports, and project progress records.
