تُعد Carrier المزوّد العالمي الرائد لحلول التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والتبريد والحماية من الحريق والأمن وسلسلة التبريد. تبحث الشركة عن مهندس مبيعات خدمات أول يركز على تحقيق نمو مبيعات الخدمات وخدمات ما بعد البيع في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويتولى تطوير فرص أعمال جديدة، وإدارة علاقات العملاء، وزيادة الإيرادات من عقود الخدمة وعقود الصيانة وإصلاحات الخدمة وحلول الخدمات الرقمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير فرص أعمال جديدة وتوسيع قنوات مبيعات الخدمات.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء الحاليين واكتساب عملاء جدد.
- إعداد عروض الأسعار والمقترحات التجارية وعروض عقود الخدمة.
- قيادة مفاوضات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والربحية.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات السنوية والحفاظ على دقة توقعات المبيعات.
- الترويج لحلول الخدمات الرقمية وتحديد فرص النمو التجاري.
- تنفيذ زيارات للعملاء ومتابعة فرص البيع والمدفوعات.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتقديم حلول فعّالة للعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً سعودياً.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- درجة MBA ميزة إضافية.
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مبيعات الخدمات أو مبيعات ما بعد البيع أو عقود الخدمة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات قوية في المبيعات والتفاوض والتواصل وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- قدرات ممتازة في التخطيط والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand service sales channels.
- Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service contract offers.
- Lead sales negotiations to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Achieve annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Promote digital service solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct customer visits, monitor sales opportunities, and follow up on payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, or service contracts.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
