Role Description

The Business Development Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new property partnerships, nurturing relationships with existing owners, and promoting Locanda Homes’ value proposition. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, meeting with prospective and current partners, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements. The Business Development Partner will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and brand standards. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, providing consultative guidance to property owners, and supporting training initiatives that enhance service quality and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Leadership Development and Training to guide partners and internal teams toward high-performance standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to oversee onboarding of new properties and ensure timely, coordinated execution of initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Consulting to provide strategic advice on revenue optimization, guest experience, and asset positioning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales to generate new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and close partnership agreements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or luxury property management is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, with readiness to travel within the region as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
