تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن برنامج التدريب التعاوني / التدريب (Co-op / Internship Program) في الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية. يتيح البرنامج للطلاب اكتساب خبرة عملية والتعلم والنمو والمساهمة في مشاريع ذات أثر حقيقي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتيح البرنامج للمشاركين العمل على مشاريع ذات قيمة، والتعاون مع متخصصين ذوي خبرة، وتطوير مهارات القيادة والتواصل، والتعرف على طريقة عمل GE Vernova ضمن الوظيفة المسندة إليهم. مدة البرنامج تصل إلى 28 أسبوعاً (نحو 7 أشهر). ترحب الشركة بالمتقدمين من خلفيات متنوعة، وسيتم ترشيح كل متقدم لفرصة مناسبة بحسب خلفيته الأكاديمية واهتماماته.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المواد والعمليات: المساعدة في جدولة المواد وإدارة المخزون ومبادرات Lean وتحسين العمليات وتحسين الأنظمة.
- الهندسة والتحسين المستمر: دعم الهندسة للمشاريع، ودراسات التوقيت، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، ومشاريع Lean/Kaizen.
- دعم المبيعات والخدمات: المساعدة في إدارة بيانات CRM، ودعم عمليات المبيعات وخدمة العملاء وتوصيل قطع الغيار وتخطيط الانقطاعات (Outage Planning).
- الإنشاء والتشغيل التجريبي للمواقع: المساعدة في تخطيط الموقع ومتابعة التقدم وتنسيق المقاولين من الباطن والالتزام بمتطلبات السلامة.
- متدرب EHS: دعم عمليات مراقبة البيئة والصحة والسلامة والتفتيش والامتثال وحملات التوعية في الموقع.
- متدرب المشتريات: المساعدة في أوامر الشراء وإدارة الموردين وتحليل التكاليف وتنسيق مواد المشاريع.
- مهندس ميداني: دعم فرق الخدمة والموارد والتوريد في العمليات اليومية، ويشمل ذلك الجاهزية للانقطاعات وتتبع التكاليف وتخطيط الموارد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- أن يكون المتقدم طالباً حالياً في مرحلة البكالوريوس في أحد التخصصات التالية: الهندسة (الصناعية، الإنتاج، الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، الإلكترونيات، المدنية)، أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، أو البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS)، أو مجال STEM ذي الصلة (العلوم والتقنية والهندسة والرياضيات)، أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال إداري ذي صلة.
- يُقبل كذلك الطلاب الملتحقون حالياً ببرنامج دبلوم في البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS).
المهارات المطلوبة
- اهتمام قوي بمجالي البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) ومعايير الجودة.
- إمكانات قيادية ظاهرة من خلال الأنشطة الأكاديمية أو المشاريع أو الأنشطة اللامنهجية.
- شغف بالتعلم والفضول والعقلية الاستباقية.
- القدرة على التكيف والانفتاح على التغيير والرغبة في النمو في بيئة ديناميكية.
- فهم أساسي لمبادئ سلامة الإنشاءات وأبرز مخاطر الموقع، مثل الرفع والعمل على ارتفاعات والأعمال الكهربائية والأماكن المغلقة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع قائمة على المواقع الميدانية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- إجادة Microsoft Office والأدوات الرقمية الأساسية.
- الاستعداد للسفر في مختلف أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية لاكتساب خبرة في المشاريع.
- عقلية تعاونية تعمل ضمن فريق مع مهارات تعاون قوية.
- نزاهة عالية والتزام بتحقيق أهداف المشروع ورضا العملاء.

Job Description
What You’ll Experience
- Assignments & Projects: Work on projects aligned with your major to build practical experience
- Mentorship & Development: Learn from leaders across functions and develop leadership capabilities
- Exposure to Work Environment: Participate in hands-on activities and cross-functional collaboration
Materials & Operations
- Assist in material scheduling, inventory management, lean initiatives, process improvement, and system optimization.
- Support project engineering, time studies, root cause analysis, and Lean/Kaizen projects.
- Help manage CRM data, support sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning.
- Assist in site planning, progress tracking, sub-contractor coordination, and safety compliance.
- Support EHS monitoring, inspections, compliance, and awareness campaigns on-site.
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, and project material coordination.
- Support service, resource, and sourcing teams with daily operations, including outage readiness, cost tracking, and resource planning.
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics , Civil) or Supply Chain Management , Environment, Health & Safety), a related STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or Business Administration or a related Management field, as well as students pursuing a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety.
- Strong interest in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality standards
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, project, or extracurricular activities
- Passion for learning, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Adaptable, open to change, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of construction safety principles and key site hazards (e.g., lifting, working at height, electrical work, confined spaces)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, site-based environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia for project exposure
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to achieving project goals and customer satisfaction
