تعلن شركة Hitachi Energy عن فرصة وظيفية لمدير تنفيذ عالمي (Global Implementation Manager) لمنتجات الجهد العالي، في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة تنفيذ التغييرات على المنتجات والعمليات والأنظمة عبر شبكة التصنيع العالمية لمنتجات الجهد العالي. تتطلب الوظيفة فهماً عميقاً لمنتجات الجهد العالي وإجراءات التغيير الهندسي وأثرها على التصنيع والجودة والامتثال للمنتج والتزامات العملاء. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق العمليات والبحث والتطوير وإدارة المنتجات وPLM وإدارة البيانات الرئيسية، لضمان تنفيذ التغييرات المتعلقة بمنتجات الجهد العالي بشكل متسق وفعال عبر وحدات الإنتاج والمصانع المغذية حول العالم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مبادرات التنفيذ من البداية إلى النهاية عبر وحدات الإنتاج والمصانع المغذية حول العالم
- إدارة تنفيذ إشعارات التغيير من مرحلة التقييم وقرارات لجنة مراجعة التغيير (CRB) حتى التواصل والنشر والإنجاز الناجح
- تطوير وصيانة إجراءات تنفيذ موحدة وهياكل حوكمة ووثائق ذات صلة
- إنشاء وتطوير منظومة وهيكل إدارة تنفيذ المشهد العالمي (LIM)
- قيادة خرائط طريق التنفيذ العالمية واستراتيجيات النشر وخطط المشاريع
- تنسيق المشاريع متعددة الوظائف مع فرق العمليات والبحث والتطوير والبيانات الرئيسية العالمية وGPS وفريق HVPLM الأساسي
- متابعة تقدم المشاريع وإدارة المخاطر وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق ووفق معايير الجودة
- تقديم تقارير شفافة من خلال مؤشرات أداء ومعالم وأطر حوكمة محددة
- تعزيز التوحيد القياسي والتحسين المستمر وأفضل الممارسات في المؤسسة العالمية
- دعم تطبيق معايير التشغيل العالمية والعمليات والحلول الرقمية
- تحديد احتياجات التدريب وتنسيق مبادرات بناء القدرات للفرق المحلية وقيادات المواقع
- تسهيل نقل المعرفة وضمان التبني طويل الأمد للعمليات والأنظمة الجديدة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سنوات عدة من الخبرة في إدارة التنفيذ أو مشاريع التحول أو إدارة التغيير ضمن بيئة صناعية
- خبرة مثبتة في صناعة الجهد العالي
- خبرة في العمل ضمن مؤسسات تصنيع عالمية وهياكل المصفوفة (Matrix)
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والإلمام بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع المعتمدة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإدارة البيانات الرئيسية التشغيلية والعمليات التجارية ذات الصلة
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة PLM وSAP
- فهم متين لمنتجات الجهد العالي وعمليات التصنيع المرتبطة بها
- خبرة قوية في إدارة العمليات وتعريفها وتوحيدها
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة بكفاءة عالية

The opportunity
As Global Implementation Manager for High Voltage Products, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of product, process, and system changes across our Global High Voltage manufacturing network.
This role requires a deep understanding of High Voltage Products, engineering change processes, and their impact on manufacturing, quality, product compliance, and customer commitments. Success in this position depends on the ability to assess and manage the operational implications of product and process changes within a complex High Voltage environment.
Working closely with Operations, R&D, Product Management, PLM, and Master Data Management, you will ensure that High Voltage product-related changes are implemented consistently and efficiently across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide.

How You’ll Make An Impact
Global Implementation & Change Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives across Production Units and Feeder Factories worldwide
- Manage the implementation of change notifications from assessment and Change Review Board (CRB) decisions through communication, deployment, and successful completion
- Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes, governance structures, and documentation
- Establish and further develop the global Landscape Implementation Management (LIM) setup and organization
- Drive global implementation roadmaps, deployment strategies, and project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, R&D, Global Master Data, GPS, and the HVPLM Core Team
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and in line with quality expectations
- Provide transparent reporting through defined KPIs, milestones, and governance frameworks
- Promote standardization, continuous improvement, and best practices across the global organization
- Support the implementation of global operating standards, processes, and digital solutions
- Define training requirements and coordinate capability-building initiatives for local teams and site leadership
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure long-term adoption of new processes and systems
- Several years of experience in implementation management, transformation projects, or change management within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of operational master data management and related business processes
- Hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP
- Solid understanding of High Voltage Products and associated manufacturing processes
- Strong expertise in process management, process definition, and standardization
- Experience working in global manufacturing organizations and matrix structures
- Project management experience and familiarity with established project management methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
