المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتقديم تدريب فني شيّق على معدات محفظة PGSV وبروتوكولات السلامة.
- قيادة جلسات التدريب للفرق الداخلية والعملاء الخارجيين.
- الإشراف على عملية اعتماد الشهادات لموظفي الخدمة الميدانية.
- الحفاظ على أكاديمية الخدمة (Service Academy) ومعداتها بأحدث المستويات.
- إعداد وتحديث وثائق التدريب الشاملة والنشرات الفنية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني والمشورة المتخصصة لفرق الخدمة الميدانية.
- التعاون مع وحدات الأعمال لمواءمة التدريب مع استراتيجية الشركة.
- تطوير المعرفة الفنية والشهادات المهنية باستمرار.
- ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح والإجراءات والإرشادات الداخلية والخارجية المعمول بها.
- تعزيز برامج التأهيل (Onboarding) لدعم الاندماج الناجح والإنتاجية المبكرة.
- تنفيذ خطط التدريب المتوافقة مع الأهداف التشغيلية وأهداف الأعمال.
- ضمان الامتثال للإجراءات الداخلية ومتطلبات العملاء ومعايير الصناعة وأنظمة الشركة وإرشاداتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خمس سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في دور فني أو في الخدمة الميدانية، ويُفضّل أن تكون مع معدات الجهد العالي.
- الإلمام بمعدات الجهد العالي، مثل: قواطع الجهد العالي (Dead Tank وLive Tank)، وGIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear)، وGCB (Generator Circuit Breaker)، وPASS (Plug & Switch System)، وفواصل الجهد العالي ومفاتيح التأريض، ومعدات جودة الطاقة، والمحطات الرقمية، وهي ميزة مهمة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية نطقاً وكتابةً (مطلوبة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وفهم المفاهيم الهندسية.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop and deliver engaging technical training on PGSV portfolio equipment and safety protocols.
- Lead and deliver training sessions for both internal teams and external customers.
- Oversee the certification process for field service personnel.
- Maintain a state-of-the-art Service Academy and its equipment.
- Prepare and update comprehensive training documentation and bulletins.
- Provide expert technical support and advice to field service teams.
- Collaborate with business units to align training with company strategy.
- Continuously enhance your own technical knowledge and certifications.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Enhance onboarding programs to support successful integration and early productivity.
- Execute training plans aligned to business and operational goals.

- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or field service role, ideally with high voltage equipment.
- Familiarity with high voltage equipment such as High Voltage Breakers (Dead Tank, Live Tank), GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), GCB (Generator Circuit Breaker), PASS (Plug & Switch System), High Voltage Disconnectors and Grounding Switches, Power Quality Equipment, and Digital Stations is a significant differentiator.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and in English and ability to collaborate in cross-functional team.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
