تعلن شركة بان القابضة (BAAN Holding | بان القابضة)، الرائدة في قطاع السياحة والضيافة، عن حاجتها إلى مدير موارد بشرية للانضمام إلى فريقها في مدينة المدينة المنورة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث الشركة عن مدير موارد بشرية ذي دافعية عالية وخبرة مناسبة للإسهام في بناء مستقبل أفضل، ودفع الابتكار، وتحقيق نمو مستدام.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير استراتيجيات ومبادرات الموارد البشرية وتنفيذها بما يتوافق مع الأهداف العامة للشركة
  • الإشراف على عمليات التوظيف والاختيار، including إجراء المقابلات وتهيئة الموظفين الجدد
  • إجراء تقييمات الأداء وتقديم الملاحظات للموظفين لدعم نموهم المهني وتطويرهم
  • إدارة علاقات الموظفين، بما في ذلك معالجة الشكاوى والنزاعات والإجراءات التأديبية
  • ضمان الالتزام بأنظمة العمل واللوائح، وكذلك بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها
  • تطوير بيئة عمل إيجابية وشاملة تعزز العمل الجماعي والتعاون
  • تخطيط برامج التدريب والتطوير للموظفين وتنسيقها لتعزيز مهاراتهم ومعارفهم
  • إدارة المزايا والتعويضات وعمليات الرواتب للموظفين
  • إعداد سجلات وتقارير الموارد البشرية وصيانتها، مع ضمان دقتها وسريتها
  • متابعة اتجاهات القطاع وأفضل الممارسات لتحسين إجراءات الموارد البشرية وسياساتها باستمرار

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب مشابه، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع السياحة والضيافة
  • معرفة متعمقة بمبادئ الموارد البشرية وأنظمتها وأفضل ممارساتها
  • خبرة مثبتة في التوظيف وإدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة ومهارات تفاعل شخصي قوية
  • قدرة قوية على اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع وديناميكية
  • إجادة برامج Microsoft Office وأنظمة HRIS

Our customer is hiring for the following role: Job Title: HR Manager

BAAN Holding | بان القابضة is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a leading company in the tourism and hospitality industry, we are committed to building a better future, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to promote professional growth and development
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, laws, and best practices
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
