تعلن شركة Qureos عن حاجتها لمدير مشاريع في قطاع الزراعة والنخيل (Project Manager - Agriculture & Palm) في الرياض، السعودية. الوظيفة بدوام كامل وتتطلب خلفية قوية في الزراعة وصناعة النخيل، مع خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع من التصور إلى الإنجاز.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير خطط المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية وأعضاء الفريق.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانية.
- تحديد المخاطر والمشكلات المحتملة للمشروع والعمل على تخفيفها.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
- إبلاغ الجهات المعنية والإدارة العليا بتحديثات المشروع ووضعه.
- التعاون مع الموردين والمقاولين لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع معايير السلامة والجودة.
- عقد اجتماعات دورية للمشروع وتقديم تقارير التقدم للجهات المعنية.
- إدارة ميزانية المشروع ونفقاته، وتتبع تكاليف المشروع، وتقديم تقارير مالية دورية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الزراعة أو الإرشاد الزراعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في قطاع الزراعة أو صناعة النخيل.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة المشاريع بنجاح من التصور إلى الإنجاز.
- شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- إتقان استخدام MS Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
