شركة نسمة للبنية التحتية والتقنية تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس مشروع (Project Engineer) لمشاريع محطات الجهد العالي والجهد الفائق (HV/EHV Substations) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة وتنفيذ خطط التنفيذ المعتمدة للمشاريع والجداول الزمنية الخاصة بها، وإعداد التقارير الدورية ذات الصلة لمدير الموقع.
- رفع تقارير تقدم المشاريع اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية إلى مدير المشروع، مع ضمان صحة المعلومات ودقتها.
- رصد الانحرافات عن خط الأساس (Baseline) على أساس شهري، والإبلاغ عنها لمدير الموقع.
- مراقبة أنشطة موقع المشروع والتأكد من الالتزام بالمسؤوليات التعاقدية، وسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها، ومعايير السلامة والجودة، واللوائح المعمول بها، وملاحظات تقارير التدقيق الداخلي.
- مراقبة تقدم المشاريع وأدائها، والتأكد من تنفيذ أعمال حصر الكميات (Quantity Surveying) بكفاءة وفعالية.
- الإشراف على الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وحماية البيئة، والنظافة العامة (Housekeeping) في موقع المشروع.
- تحديد المشكلات وتقييم الحلول البديلة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع على أفضل وجه.

- Follows and implements projects’ approved execution plans and time schedules and prepares regular relevant reports to the Site Manager
- Submits required daily, weekly and monthly projects progress reports to the Project Manager and assures information validity and veracity
- Identifies and reports to the Site Manager deviations from the baseline on monthly basis
- Monitors project site activities and ensures compliance with contractual responsibilities, company’s policies and procedures, safety and quality standards and regulations and internal audit report comments
- Monitors projects progresses and performances and ensures that quantity surveying is implemented and executed efficiently and effectively
- Accounts for health, safety, environmental (HSE) protection and housekeeping of project site
- Identifies problems and evaluates alternative solutions to best deliver project’s goals
