تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير نمذجة معلومات البناء ثلاثية الأبعاد والجدول الزمني (4D BIM Manager) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تقدم الشركة خدمات استشارات إدارة المشاريع في مشروع تطوير عقاري فاخر متعدد الاستخدامات.

تجمع شركة Mace بين الخبرة في الإنشاءات والاستشارات، وتؤمن بقيم تحدد طريقة عملها ونوعية الأشخاص الذين تسعى لضمهم. تدعم الوظيفة العملاء وفرق المشاريع في تطوير متطلبات المعلومات والمعايير والحفاظ عليها، وتطوير العمليات وإدارتها ضمن بيئة بيانات مشتركة، وقيادة تنفيذ وظيفة إدارة المعلومات لفرق المشروع. كما تقدم المشورة وتبتكر وتطبق العمليات الموصوفة في سلسلة معايير ISO 19650، بما في ذلك طريقة إنتاج المعلومات وضمان جودتها للتسليم الرقمي. أما المشروع فهو تطوير فاخر كبير متعدد الاستخدامات في الرياض، وتقدم الشركة فيه خدمات استشارات إدارة المشاريع. وتشير الشركة إلى أنها شركة شاملة وترحب بالمتقدمين من خلفيات متنوعة، حتى لو لم تتوفر فيهم جميع المعايير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير المعايير والإجراءات وأطر الحوكمة التنظيمية الخاصة بالتخطيط 4D ومحاكاة الجداول الزمنية والحفاظ عليها.
- تحديد متطلبات 4D ضمن خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEPs) ومتطلبات تسليم المشاريع والمعايير الرقمية.
- ضمان التوافق مع مبادئ إدارة المعلومات وفق ISO 19650 ومتطلبات BIM التنظيمية.
- إرساء عمليات ضمان الجودة لدمج النماذج والجداول الزمنية.
- قيادة إنشاء نماذج 4D والحفاظ عليها من خلال دمج نماذج BIM مع جداول Primavera P6 أو ما يعادلها.
- تطوير مراحل الإنشاء ومحاكاة الخدمات اللوجستية وتصورات التسلسل التنفيذي.
- التحقق من منطق الجدول الزمني عبر المحاكاة المعتمدة على النماذج، وتحديد تعارضات التسلسل والواجهات ومخاطر التسليم.
- دعم فرق المشاريع في تقييم استراتيجيات الإنشاء البديلة وخطط الاسترداد.
- إعداد الرسوم المتحركة والمقاطع الزمنية والمحاكاة البصرية لمراجعات المشاريع والتقارير التنفيذية.
- التنسيق مع مديري BIM وفرق ضبط المشاريع ومتخصصي GIS وأصحاب المصلحة للحفاظ على بيئات 4D دقيقة وموثوقة.
- إدارة تجميع النماذج متعددة التخصصات لأغراض التخطيط على مستوى الحي والمجمع والبرنامج.
- ضمان اتساق البيانات بين النماذج والجداول الزمنية ومنصات إعداد التقارير.
- تيسير ورش العمل المتعلقة بتسلسل الإنشاء والواجهات وإمكانية الوصول والتشغيل والتخطيط اللوجستي.
- تطوير لوحات المتابعة والتقارير التنفيذية والعروض التقديمية المرئية ومواد التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إعداد مخرجات بصرية عالية الجودة مناسبة لمراجعات حوكمة المشاريع وعروض كبار القيادات.
- دعم دمج مخرجات 4D في Power BI ومبادرات التوأم الرقمي حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
- قيادة وتوجيه مخططي 4D ومنسقي BIM ومتخصصي التسليم الرقمي.
- تعزيز مشاركة المعرفة وتطوير القدرات عبر فرق المشاريع.
- قيادة التحسين المستمر لسير عمل 4D وأدواته وفرص الأتمتة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العمارة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادات احترافية في BIM وضبط المشاريع (مفضلة).
- خبرة واسعة في BIM أو الهندسة الرقمية أو تخطيط الإنشاءات أو ضبط المشاريع.
- خبرة مكثفة في قيادة أنشطة التخطيط 4D ومحاكاة الجداول الزمنية في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق أو المشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
- خبرة في إدارة بيانات BIM عبر فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة مثبتة في المشاريع الضخمة والتطويرات المعقدة متعددة الحزم.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and maintain organizational standards, procedures, and governance frameworks for 4D planning and schedule simulation.
- Define 4D requirements within BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project delivery requirements, and digital standards.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 information management principles and organizational BIM requirements.
- Establish quality assurance processes for model and schedule integration.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of 4D models by integrating BIM models with Primavera P6 or equivalent project schedules.
- Develop construction phasing, logistics simulations, and sequencing visualizations.
- Validate schedule logic through model-based simulations and identify sequencing conflicts, interfaces, and delivery risks.
- Support project teams in evaluating alternative construction strategies and recovery plans.
- Produce animations, time slices, and visual simulations for project reviews and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Controls teams, GIS specialists, and project stakeholders to maintain accurate and reliable 4D environments.
- Manage the aggregation of multi-disciplinary models for district, precinct, and program-level planning.
- Ensure data consistency between models, schedules, and reporting platforms.
- Facilitate workshops focused on construction sequencing, interfaces, accessibility, operations, and logistics planning.
- Develop dashboards, executive reports, visual presentations, and stakeholder communication materials.
- Create high-quality visual outputs suitable for project governance reviews and senior leadership presentations.
- Support integration of 4D outputs into Power BI, and digital twin initiatives where applicable.
- Lead and mentor 4D planners, BIM coordinators, and digital delivery specialists.
- Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of 4D workflows, tools, and automation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Professional BIM and Project Controls qualifications preferred.
- Extensive years in BIM, digital engineering, construction planning, or project controls.
- Intensive experience in leading 4D planning and schedule simulation activities on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing BIM Data across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience on mega-projects and complex multi-package developments.
