يعمل شاغل الوظيفة في الرياض، ويكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة دورة حياة المنتج كاملة للخطوط المنتجية المسندة إليه، بدءاً من دراسة السوق وإعداد المواصفات، مروراً بإطلاق المنتج، وانتهاءً بدعمه بعد الإطلاق. ويعمل بتنسيق وثيق مع فرق البحث والتطوير والمبيعات وخدمات ما بعد البيع والاعتمادات والتسويق والمصنع، لضمان توافق المنتجات مع متطلبات السوق والمعايير التنظيمية والأهداف التجارية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير المنتجات: جمع معلومات السوق وتحليل المنافسين ومدخلات المبيعات والكميات المتوقعة ومعايير التسعير والمواصفات الفنية لبدء طلبات تطوير منتجات جديدة.
- إدارة دورة حياة المنتج من الفكرة حتى الإطلاق، بما في ذلك ترتيب أولويات الميزات وأبحاث المستخدمين وملاحظات ما بعد البيع.
- إجراء دراسات فنية وسوقية مفصلة مقارنةً بالمنافسين، واقتراح مواصفات محسّنة للمنتجات.
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات وما بعد البيع لجمع ملاحظات LCQM والميدان، ورفع النتائج إلى الإدارة.

- الاتفاق النهائي على المواصفات والميزات مع فرق المبيعات الإقليمية قبل اعتماد التطوير.
- اقتراح أسعار FOB المستهدفة بما يتوافق مع ميزات المنتج وسعاته وموقعه التنافسي في السوق.
- إنهاء وثائق PPS مع فريق البحث والتطوير لبدء تطوير المنتج رسمياً مع المصانع.
- متابعة فرق البحث والتطوير بشكل دوري، وتقديم تحديثات منظمة للإدارة حول سير العمل.
- دعم فريق البحث والتطوير بترتيب عينات المنافسين لإجراء تحليل التفكيك والمقارنة المرجعية عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الاعتمادات بشأن اختبارات الأداء والوظائف وEMC وCB ومتطلبات الملصقات وفقاً للوائح الإقليمية.
- الدعم الفني للمنتجات: تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق المبيعات، والتنسيق مع المصانع لضمان الرد في الوقت المناسب على استفسارات المنتجات.
- إدارة قاعدة بيانات مركزية للاستفسارات الفنية، وإدارة محفظة المنتجات المسندة لمنطقة المبيعات.
- متابعة انتقالات دورة حياة المنتج وإبلاغ فرق المبيعات والخدمة بالجداول الزمنية.
- ضمان امتثال المنتجات للوائح الإقليمية ومتطلبات الجهات الحكومية بالتنسيق مع فرق الاعتمادات.
- إدارة أنشطة إنهاء دورة حياة المنتج الناتجة عن التغييرات التنظيمية، مع ضمان تصفية المخزون ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة.
- تحديث برنامج الاختيار وصيانته لدعم فرق المبيعات والتطبيقات بخطوط المنتجات الجديدة.
- إطلاق المنتج: إعداد الكتالوجات الأولية استناداً إلى المواصفات والبيانات المبدئية لدعم أنشطة الترويج المبكر.
- إعداد الكتالوجات النهائية للمبيعات، بما في ذلك جداول السعات والبيانات الكهربائية والميزات والأبعاد والمواصفات الفنية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

About The Role

The role works closely with R&D, Sales, After Sales, Certification, Marketing, and Factory teams to ensure products meet market requirements, regulatory standards, and commercial objectives.
How You Will Make An Impact
Product Development
- Initiate new product development requests by collecting market intelligence, competitive analysis, sales input, potential volumes, pricing benchmarks, and technical specifications.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature prioritization, user research, and after-sales feedback.
- Conduct detailed technical and market comparison studies against competitors and propose optimized product specifications.
- Coordinate with Sales and After Sales teams to collect LCQM and field feedback and report findings to management.
- Review and align technical proposals received from R&D with market requirements and negotiate specifications where required.
- Finalize product specifications and features with regional sales teams prior to development approval.
- Propose FOB target prices aligned with product features, capacities, and competitive market positioning.
- Finalize PPS documentation with R&D to formally initiate product development with factories.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with R&D teams and provide structured progress updates to management.
- Support R&D by arranging competitor samples for teardown and benchmarking analysis when required.
- Coordinate with Certification teams on performance, functional, EMC, CB testing, and labeling requirements in line with regional regulations.
- Provide technical support to Sales teams and coordinate with factories to ensure timely responses to product-related queries.
- Maintain a centralized database of technical queries and manage the assigned product portfolio for the sales region.
- Monitor and manage product lifecycle transitions and communicate timelines to Sales and Service teams.
- Ensure product compliance with regional regulations and government requirements in coordination with Certification teams.
- Manage product end-of-life activities due to regulatory changes, ensuring stock liquidation within defined timelines.
- Update and maintain selection software to support Sales and Application teams with new product ranges.
- Prepare preliminary product catalogues based on initial specifications and data to support early spec-in activities.
- Develop final sales catalogues including capacity tables, electrical data, features, dimensions, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate product code creation, material master setup, and pricing uploads in SAP and CRM systems.
- Prepare product presentations and deliver training sessions to Sales, Application teams, and distributors.
- Ensure availability of Databooks, IOMs, Service Manuals, and Spare Parts lists in coordination with R&D prior to market launch.
- Coordinate with Certification teams to ensure all approvals and certifications are completed before product importation.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product engineering, product management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC or related technical products, market dynamics, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and factory coordination.
- Good understanding of product lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as SAP.
