تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في أعمال البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق إمكانات كل شخص ومشروع. تعمل الشركة على تطوير مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات يضم منشآت رياضية وترفيهية وفنية إلى جانب البنية التحتية المرتبطة به، وتبحث عن مديري صحة وسلامة ذوي خبرة لتقديم دعم مخصص خلال المناوبات الليلية في مشروع ملعب رئيسي بالرياض. الوظيفة تركز بشكل كبير على الموقع، وتتطلب حضوراً قوياً وظاهراً للصحة والسلامة طوال عمليات الليل. تقوم Mace على قيم: السلامة أولاً، والتركيز على العميل، والنزاهة، وإتاحة الفرص للتطور.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توفير قيادة استباقية في مجال الصحة والسلامة عبر أنشطة البناء خلال المناوبات الليلية.
- الحفاظ على حضور ظاهر ومستمر في مناطق العمل النشطة.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاولين لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالمشروع.
- تحديد التصرفات والظروف غير الآمنة والمخاطر الناشئة، والتدخل عند الحاجة.
- مساءلة المقاولين وفرق الموقع عند عدم تحقيق المعايير المطلوبة.
- دعم التنفيذ الآمن لأعمال الهندسة المدنية والإنشاءات الهيكلية والبناء الرئيسية.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع ومراقبة ممارسات العمل.
- دعم الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والملاحظات والإجراءات التصحيحية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مديري البناء وفريق الصحة والسلامة الأوسع.
- ضمان نقل معلومات الصحة والسلامة المناسبة بين المناوبات.
- تعزيز ثقافة قوية للسلامة في جميع أنحاء المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل معترف به في الصحة والسلامة مثل NEBOSH أو ما يعادله (مفضّل).
- درجة جامعية أو مؤهل تقني ذو صلة (ميزة إضافية).
- عضوية مهنية في مجال الصحة والسلامة (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة قوية في الصحة والسلامة ضمن بيئات البناء الكبرى.
- خبرة في دعم برامج بناء معقدة وذات قيمة عالية أو واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في مشاريع كبرى في السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بإدارة الصحة والسلامة في مواقع العمل.
- الثقة في التواصل مع المقاولين ومساءلتهم.
- فهم عملي لأنشطة الهندسة المدنية والإنشاءات الهيكلية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على العمل باستقلالية خلال المناوبات الليلية.

Mace is seeking experienced Health & Safety Managers to provide dedicated night-shift support on a major stadium project in Riyadh.
These will be highly site-focused positions, supporting construction activities and providing a strong, visible Health & Safety presence throughout night operations.

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Provide proactive health and safety leadership across night-shift construction activities.
- Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project health and safety requirements.
- Identify unsafe acts, conditions and emerging risks and intervene where appropriate.
- Challenge contractors and site teams where standards are not being achieved.
- Support safe delivery of major civil, structural and construction activities.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor working practices.
- Support incident reporting, observations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with construction managers and the wider health and safety team.
- Ensure appropriate health and safety information is communicated between shifts.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
- Recognised health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent preferred.
- Relevant degree or technical qualification advantageous.
- Professional health and safety membership advantageous.
- Strong Health & Safety experience within major construction environments.
- Experience supporting complex, high-value or large-scale construction programmes.
- Strong knowledge of site-based health and safety management.
- Confident engaging with and challenging contractors.
- Practical understanding of civil and structural construction activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable operating independently during night shifts.
- Saudi Arabia or wider Middle East major-project experience would be advantageous.
