تعلن شركة Mace عن فرصة لشغل وظيفة مدير أول - هندسة الواجهات (Senior Manager - Facade) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن أحد أكبر البرامج التنموية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تجمع Mace بين الخبرة في البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق إمكانات كل شخص ومشروع، وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح.
- تتعلق الوظيفة بمشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات واسع النطاق يشمل مرافق رياضية وترفيهية وفنية، إضافة إلى جميع البنى التحتية المرتبطة به.
- تُعد Mace أحد شركاء التنفيذ في المشروع، وتحتاج إلى كفاءات عالية ذات خبرة لقيادة فرق متكاملة خلال كل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع.
- يتولى مدير الأول لهندسة الواجهات القيادة الفنية لضمان جودة التصميم والامتثال والاستدامة من مرحلة المفهوم حتى مرحلة البناء، ويدعم أداء الاستشاريين وتنسيق تسليم التصميم والهندسة القيمية ومشاركة أصحاب المصلحة، بهدف إنشاء أصول مكتبية ذات جدارة استثمارية والامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- الريادة في تعزيز السلامة أولاً والرفاه والشمولية، مع ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المحلية، وإظهار القيادة الواضحة في مجال السلامة.
- إدارة تسليم المشروع من البداية حتى النهاية، وأنظمة الجودة، والمعالم الزمنية للبرنامج، وتطوير التصميم، والمشتريات، ومتطلبات مرحلة الإنشاء.
- الإشراف على الميزانيات والمخاطر والحوكمة ونتائج الأعمال المستدامة، والتصرف بنزاهة ومساءلة.
- إدارة الفرق التعاونية وأصحاب المصلحة، ودفع الأداء والابتكار وأفضل الممارسات والتحسين المستمر.
- إدارة السلامة والرفاه والقيم.
- الإشراف على فرق تعاونية تتحمل المسؤولية وعالية الأداء.
- إدارة مراجعة تصميم الواجهات والمراجعات الفنية وتنسيق الاستشاريين.
- الإشراف على التسليم المتوافق مع الأنظمة، والحد من المخاطر، ومتابعة التقدم.
- دعم فرق التصميم في إجراء المراجعات الفنية للتصميم لضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات المشروع والاستراتيجية وموجزات المشروع والتصميم والتطوير.
- دعم مديري التصميم في التنسيق مع الاستشاريين الخارجيين خلال مراحل التصميم، بما يضمن المطابقة للأهداف المعلنة للمشروع وفقاً لعملية الموافقة عبر بوابات المراحل، وتقديم التوصيات.
- مراجعة مخرجات الاستشاريين في التصميم، بما فيها وثائق التصميم ذات الصلة، لضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات المشروع والاستراتيجية وموجزات المشروع والتصميم والتطوير.
- إدارة التنسيق والتعاون بين فرق التطوير والتسليم والإنشاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات الرسمية، لضمان الاكتشاف المبكر لمخاطر التصميم واقتراح استراتيجيات للتخفيف منها.
- ضمان التزام جميع فرق التصميم والتطوير الصارم بالمعايير والأكواد والأنظمة واللوائح المطلوبة، وإرشادات COBU الفنية والاستدامة والمباني الذكية، لضمان نجاح المشروع.
- تقييم مستندات الهندسة الإنشائية المقدمة من الاستشاريين والمقاولين، لضمان المطابقة للمواصفات بما في ذلك الإجراءات الصحيحة.
- الإشراف على مراجعة الهندسة الإنشائية الوظيفية، والإبلاغ عن تقدم مخرجات التصميم والهندسة وفق معالم متفق عليها والقيمة المكتسبة.
- العمل كمنسق فني للهندسة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك المسائل التصميمية المتعلقة بالتعاقد والمشتريات والطلبات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الواجهات أو تخصص ذي صلة. درجة الماجستير ميزة.
- التسجيل المهني في التخصص ذي الصلة (أو ما يعادله، مثل Chartered Engineer) ميزة.
- الحصول على شهادة Project Management Professional (PMP) ميزة.
- خبرة في إدارة هندسة الواجهات تتراوح بين 10 و12 سنة أو أكثر، تشمل القيادة الفنية العليا للتصميم في مشاريع تجارية مكتبية أو متعددة الاستخدامات واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة في قيادة فريق تصميم لتسليم المشروع في موعده، مع الموازنة بين المتطلبات المتعارضة (التكلفة مقابل الوقت مقابل الجودة).
- معرفة متخصصة بمعايير التصميم والأكواد والأنظمة المحلية والدولية.
- خبرة سابقة في السعودية أو الشرق الأوسط مفضلة.
- سجل في تسليم أبراج مكتبية من فئة BCO Grade A أو مكاتب ذات جدارة استثمارية أو مجمعات أعمال، من مرحلة المفهوم حتى التسليم.
- إتقان إجراءات مراجعة التصميم ومسارات اعتماد الجهات الرسمية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية في تصميم المكاتب التجارية.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق استشارية دولية متعددة التخصصات (معماري، إنشائي، MEP، واجهات، استدامة).
- خبرة في البرامج الكبيرة، تشمل إدارة مشاريع متعددة وأولويات متعارضة وأصحاب مصلحة متعددين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات كتابية وشفهية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية، للتعبير عن الأفكار والاستراتيجيات وأداء المشروع لمختلف الجمهور والتأثير على المستويات القيادية.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والعرض التنفيذي، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع لتسليم المشاريع العملاقة (giga-project).
- معرفة متعمقة بحلول التصميم الرقمي على مستوى المؤسسات وتطبيقاتها.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, quality systems, programme milestones, design development, procurement and construction phase requirements.
- Oversee budgets, risks, governance and sustainable business outcomes, acting with integrity and accountability.

- Manage façade design, technical reviews and consultant coordination.
- Oversee compliant delivery, mitigates risk and monitors progress.
- Supports the design team(s) in undertaking technical design reviews to ensure compliance with all project requirements and strategy, project, design and development briefs.
- Supports the design managers in coordination with external consultants through design stages ensuring conformity to the project stated objectives, in line with stage gate approval process, and provides recommendations.
- Reviews outputs of design consultants, including related design documentation, to ensure compliance with all project requirements and strategy, project, design and development briefs.
- Manages coordination and collaboration between development, delivery, construction, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure early identification of design risk and proposal of mitigating strategies.
- Ensures all design and development teams maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, required regulations and framework, regulations and COBU design technical, sustainability, and smart building guidelines to guarantee the success of the project.
- Assesses the Consultants and Contractors structural engineering submittals to ensure conformity to the specifications including correct processes and procedures.
- Oversee functional structural engineering review and report on progress of design/engineering deliverables based on agreed milestone gates and earned value.
- Acts as structural engineering technical liaison including design matters relating to contracting, procurement and requisitions.
- Bachelor's Degree in façade engineering, or related discipline. A master's degree would be an advantage.
- Professional registration in the respective discipline (or similar - i.e. Chartered Engineer) would be an advantage registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.
- 10-12+ years of façade engineering management experience, including senior design leadership on large-scale commercial office or mixed-use developments.
- Experience in leading a design team to deliver to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).
- Expert knowledge of local and international design standards, codes and regulations.
- Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred
- Track record delivering BCO Grade A/investment-grade office towers or business park product from concept through to handover.
- Strong command of design review processes, authority approval pathways and international best practice in commercial office design.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary international consultant teams (architecture, structure, MEP, facade, sustainability).
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, giga-project delivery environment
- Major program experience - managing multiple projects, conflicting priorities, and stakeholders.
- Supports team through periods of business change.
- Provides strategic oversight and guidance in managing and prioritizing the workload, deadline-driven and ability to optimize workload.
- Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English - articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences and to influence at senior levels.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise-level digital design solutions and applications.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire large, diverse teams and deliver results.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead the function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.
