نبحث عن متخصص تقني ديناميكي ومطلع للانضمام إلى فريق ما قبل البيع. ستتولى التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين لفهم احتياجاتهم التقنية وتقديم حلول مناسبة لكل منهم، والتعاون الوثيق مع فريق المبيعات لإعداد عروض وتجارب توضيحية تُبرز منتجات الشركة وخدماتها. تستهدف الوظيفة مهندس دعم لأعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات، وهي مناسبة لمن لديه خلفية تقنية ويرغب في تعلم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وبناء مسار مهني في الاستشارات التقنية لما قبل البيع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة متطلبات العملاء وطلبات العروض (RFPs) والمواصفات التقنية.
- المساعدة في إعداد المقترحات التقنية ومصفوفات الامتثال والعروض التقديمية ووثائق الحلول.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والموزعين وشركاء التنفيذ للحصول على المعلومات التقنية وتصاميم الحلول ومدخلات التسعير.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء لفهم المتطلبات التجارية والتقنية.
- العمل مع كبار مستشاري ما قبل البيع لتطوير حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والسحابة ومنصات البيانات.
- إعداد الوثائق التقنية ومخططات المعمارية وقائمة المواد (BOM) بإرشاد من أعضاء الفريق الأقدم.
- متابعة الموردين والشركاء للحصول على التوضيحات التقنية ودعم المقترحات.
- الحفاظ على مستودع لقوالب المقترحات والوثائق التقنية ومواد الموردين التسويقية.
- السعي للحصول على شهادات الذكاء الاصطناعي والسحابة والموردين ضمن التطوير المهني المستمر.
- متابعة مستجدات تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والسحابة والبيانات ذات الصلة بأعمال الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في ما قبل البيع أو الدعم الفني أو هندسة الأنظمة أو الاستشارات تقنية المعلومات.
- ويُذكر في توصيف الوظيفة خبرة تتراوح بين 3 و5 سنوات لدعم أعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات.
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفهي جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- ميزة مفضلة: الخبرة في الرد على طلبات العروض (RFPs) أو إعداد المقترحات التقنية.
- ميزة غير إلزامية: الإلمام بمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليل البيانات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم أساسي للحوسبة السحابية وقواعد البيانات والشبكات أو تطبيقات المؤسسات.
- مهارات تحليلية وتوثيق قوية.
- الرغبة في تعلم التقنيات الجديدة والحصول على الشهادات المهنية.

- Participate in customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
- Work with senior presales consultants to develop AI, cloud, and data platform solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) with guidance from senior team members.
- Follow up with vendors and partners for technical clarifications and proposal support.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, technical documents, and vendor collateral.
- Pursue AI, cloud, and vendor certifications as part of continuous professional development.
- Stay updated on AI, cloud, and data technologies relevant to the company's business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical support, systems engineering, or IT consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, databases, networking, or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics concepts is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in responding to RFPs or preparing technical proposals is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain professional certifications.
