تعلن شركة Saipem، الرائدة عالمياً في الهندسة والإنشاءات لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية، عن فرصة في برنامج تطوير الخريجين (GDP) بمسمى «برنامج تطوير الخريجين - الجودة» في مدينة الظهران بالمنطقة الشرقية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تعمل Saipem بفريق يضم نحو 30,000 موظف من أكثر من 130 جنسية في أكثر من 50 دولة، وتسعى إلى دعم التحول في قطاع الطاقة نحو الحياد الصفري للانبعاثات (Net Zero). ينضم المتدرب إلى قسم الجودة لدعم أنشطة ضمان الجودة (QA) ومراقبة الجودة (QC) والتفتيش، ومن خلال التدريب المنظم والتعلم العملي سيطور الكفاءات الفنية والمهنية اللازمة لدعم مشاريع الشركة وعملياتها. وهي فرصة تطوير مبتدئة لخريجي الجامعات السعوديين الراغبين في بناء مسيرة مهنية في وظائف الجودة بقطاع الطاقة والمقاولات الهندسية (EPC).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الأنشطة اليومية لضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC)
- المساعدة في أنشطة التفتيش وتوثيق الجودة وإعداد التقارير والمتابعة
- دعم تطبيق الأكواد والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها ومواصفات المشاريع ومتطلبات الجودة
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش وتقارير الجودة والوثائق ذات الصلة
- التنسيق مع فرق الجودة والهندسة والإنشاءات والمشاريع عند الحاجة
- المشاركة في برنامج تطوير الخريجين وإكمال التدريبات والأنشطة العملية المكلف بها، وتطوير المعرفة بعمليات الجودة وأنظمتها ومعاييرها في الشركة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأجهزة والقياس (Instrumentation) أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية، أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة
- خريج حديث، أو لديه خبرة ذات صلة لا تتجاوز سنة واحدة
- ميزة: تدريب سابق أو تدريب تعاوني أو مشاريع جامعية ذات صلة بالجودة أو التفتيش أو الهندسة أو ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة
- اللغة العربية: طليقة أو متقنة
- اللغة الإنجليزية: إجادة عملية جيدة في الكتابة والتحدث
المهارات المطلوبة
- خلفية فنية جيدة والقدرة على التعلم السريع لمتطلبات الجودة والتفتيش
- الهندسة الميكانيكية: معرفة بالأكواد والمعايير الميكانيكية الدولية، مع إمكانية التطور كمفتش أنابيب (Piping Inspector)
- الهندسة الكهربائية: معرفة بالأكواد والمعايير الكهربائية الدولية، مع إمكانية التطور كمفتش كهرباء (Electrical Inspector)
- أي تخصص هندسي: مهارات فنية وتحليلية جيدة، مع إمكانية التطور كمهندس جودة (Quality Engineer)
- إجادة Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وWord وPowerPoint
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق وتنظيم جيدة
- سرعة التعلم والرغبة القوية في بناء مسيرة مهنية في الجودة والتفتيش

Purpose Of The Position
As a Graduate Development Program (GDP) Trainee, you will be part of the Quality Department, supporting quality assurance, quality control, and inspection activities. Through structured training and on-the-job experience, you will develop the technical and professional competencies required to support Saipem’s projects and operations.
How can you support us?
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant Engineering discipline.
Background
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Previous internship, cooperative training, or university projects related to Quality, Inspection, Engineering, or QA/QC would be an advantage.
Languages
The position is designed as an entry-level development opportunity for Saudi fresh graduates interested in building a career within the Quality function in the energy and EPC sector.

How can you support us?
- Support day-to-day Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities.
- Assist with inspection activities, quality documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Support the implementation of applicable international codes, standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Assist in maintaining inspection records, quality reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Construction, and Project teams as required.
- Participate in the Graduate Development Program, completing assigned training and practical activities while developing knowledge of Saipem’s Quality processes, systems, and standards.
Education

- Arabic: Native or fluent
- English: Good working proficiency, both written and spoken
- Good technical background with the ability to quickly learn Quality and Inspection requirements.
- Mechanical Engineering: Knowledge of international mechanical codes and standards, with potential for development as a Piping Inspector.
- Electrical Engineering: Knowledge of international electrical codes and standards, with potential for development as an Electrical Inspector.
- Engineering, any discipline: Good technical and analytical skills, with potential for development as a Quality Engineer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Fast learner with a strong interest in developing a career within Quality and Inspection.
