تعلن شركة Saipem عن فرصة برنامج تطوير الخريجين (Graduate Development Program) بمسمى متدرب في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، في مدينة الظهران بالمنطقة الشرقية. تُعد Saipem شركة عالمية رائدة في الهندسة والإنشاءات لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية التحتية، وتنفذ مشاريع معقدة برية وبحرية حول العالم.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
فرصة تطوير للمبتدئين مصممة لخريجي الجامعات السعوديين الراغبين في بناء مسيرة مهنية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بقطاع الطاقة والمشاريع الهندسية والإنشائية (EPC). يعمل المتدرب ضمن قسم HSE، ويدعم أنشطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وسلامة العمليات البحرية، والتدريب والكفاءات، والأعمال الإدارية المتعلقة بالـ HSE، من خلال تدريب منظم وخبرة عملية. وبحسب الخلفية الأكاديمية ومتطلبات العمل، يمكن أن يتطور المتدرب في أحد المسارات التالية: HSE الفني، أو سلامة الرفع والعمليات البحرية، أو الإدارة الإدارية للـ HSE، أو التدريب والكفاءات في HSE.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الأنشطة اليومية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة عبر المشاريع والعمليات.
- المساعدة في الأنشطة المتعلقة بعمليات الرفع والتربيط (Rigging)، والتركيب البحري، وأساليب الإنشاء، ومتطلبات السلامة.
- دعم إعداد وصيانة ومتابعة وثائق الـ HSE والتقارير والسجلات والشهادات.
- المساعدة في ضبط الوثائق (Document Control)، ومتابعة المشتريات، وإدارة الشهادات، وأنشطة الإعداد للتقارير.
- دعم أنشطة التدريب والكفاءات في HSE، بما في ذلك التعريف بالموقع (Inductions)، وتقييم الكفاءات، ومتابعة الشهادات، وتنسيق التدريب.
- دعم التواصل والتنسيق مع فرق المشاريع، والكوادر العاملة في البحر، والمقاولين، والأقسام الأخرى ذات الصلة.
- المشاركة في زيارات المواقع البرية والسفن البحرية عند الحاجة لاكتساب خبرة عملية في عمليات الـ HSE.
- المشاركة في برنامج تطوير الخريجين، وإكمال التدريبات والتناوب الوظيفي المكلف بها، مع تطوير المعرفة بعمليات وأنظمة ومعايير الـ HSE لدى Saipem.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة السلامة، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو إدارة التدريب، أو الموارد البشرية، أو التطوير التنظيمي، أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- أن يكون المتقدم خريج جامعة حديث التخرج، أو لديه خبرة ذات صلة لا تزيد عن سنة واحدة.
- أفضلية للمتقدمين الذين لديهم تدريب تعاوني أو تدريب صيفي (Internship) أو مشاريع جامعية ذات صلة بالـ HSE أو السلامة أو العمليات البحرية أو التدريب أو الإدارة.
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية، إذ إن البرنامج مصمم لخريجي الجامعات السعوديين.
- اللغة العربية: إجادة تامة أو طلاقة.
- اللغة الإنجليزية: كفاءة جيدة في العمل، تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- الاستعداد لزيارة المواقع البحرية والسفن.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة فنية جيدة في هندسة السلامة أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، تشمل عمليات الرفع والتربيط، وأنشطة التركيب البحري، وأساليب الإنشاء، ومتطلبات السلامة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارية قوية، وإعداد التقارير، وإدارة الوثائق، ومهارات تواصل جيدة.
- إجادة برنامج Microsoft Office، والقدرة على دعم ضبط الوثائق ومتابعة المشتريات وإدارة الشهادات وإعداد تقارير الـ HSE.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض وتنظيم وتنسيق قوية، مع القدرة على دعم التعريف بالموقع وتقييم الكفاءات ومتابعة الشهادات وإدارة التدريب.

Background
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Previous internship, cooperative training, or university projects related to HSE, safety, offshore operations, training, or administration would be an advantage.
Languages
The position is designed as an entry-level development opportunity for Saudi fresh graduates interested in building a career within Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) in the energy and EPC sector.

As a Graduate Development Program (GDP) Trainee, you will be part of the HSE Department, supporting health, safety, environment, offshore safety, training, competency, and HSE administrative activities.

How can you support us?
- Support day-to-day HSE activities across projects and operations.
- Assist with activities related to lifting operations, rigging, offshore installation, construction methods, and safety requirements.
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and follow-up of HSE documentation, reports, records, and certifications.
- Assist with document control, procurement follow-up, certification management, and reporting activities.
- Support HSE training and competency activities, including inductions, competency assessments, certification tracking, and training coordination.
- Support communication and coordination with project teams, offshore personnel, contractors, and other relevant departments.
- Participate in offshore site and vessel visits when required to gain practical exposure to HSE operations.
- Participate in the Graduate Development Program, completing assigned training and rotations while developing knowledge of Saipem’s HSE processes, systems, and standards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Training Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Background
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience. Previous internship, cooperative training, or university projects related to HSE, safety, offshore operations, training, or administration would be an advantage.
Languages
- Arabic: Native or fluent
- English: Good working proficiency, both written and spoken
- Safety / Mechanical Engineering: Good technical background with knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, offshore installation activities, construction methods, and safety requirements. Good English communication skills and suitable for development within HSE technical and offshore activities.
- Business Administration: Strong organizational, reporting, document management, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of supporting document control, procurement follow-up, certification management, and HSE reporting activities. Suitable for development as an HSE Administrator.
- Training Management / HR / Organizational Development: Strong communication, presentation, organization, and coordination skills. Willingness to visit offshore sites and vessels, with the ability to support inductions, competency assessments, certification tracking, and training management activities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to work effectively in a project-based environment.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.
