تعلن شركة Avensys Consulting، وهي شركة عالمية لخدمات تقنية المعلومات يقع مقرها الرئيسي في سنغافورة، عن حاجتها إلى مهندس اتصالات موحدة (Unified Communication Engineer) للعمل في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مهندس اتصالات موحدة ماهر (Avaya، Cisco) للانضمام إلى فريقنا. يتعامل المرشح المثالي مع تطبيق حلول Avaya Aura واتصالات Cisco الموحدة ومتحكمات حدود الجلسات، مع أفضلية لخبرة مراكز الاتصال، ويتمتع بخلفية قوية في الاتصالات والتقنيات ذات الصلة. تتطلب الوظيفة العمل عن قرب مع العملاء لحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة، وتطبيق طلبات التغيير، والمشاركة في مراحل تنفيذ المشاريع ودعمها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- حل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة لدى العملاء.
- تطبيق طلبات التغيير (Change Requests).
- المشاركة في مراحل تنفيذ المشاريع ودعمها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات.
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة الاتصالات الموحدة وأنظمة مراكز الاتصال.
- شهادات تقنية من Avaya أو Cisco أو Genesys وغيرها.
- خبرة في منصات الvirtualization والبيئات السحابية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات VoIP مثل SIP وH.323، وبتقنيات DHCP وDNS وLAN وWAN.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية بوضوح وفعالية.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled unified communication Engineer (Avaya , Cisco ) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience implementing, and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions , Cisco unified communications , Session boarder controllers and contact center is a plus, with a strong background in telecommunications and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to solve complex technical issues ,applying change requests ,implementation and support phases of projects.
Must Haves:
- Experience working with unified communication , call center systems .
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Technical Certifications from Avaya , Cisco , Genesys .,etc.
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
